Usually awesome! I always want extra crispy, and they always offer that from the speaker, but it's also, usually just what they have on hand. I also always order tacos at the same time and they always give me an abundance of sauce. Don't order the Crispy CHICKEN taco, unless you only want 3 bites for over $3. The General Crispy Chicken Sandwich for $4 is 4 times the size and way better.....

Drive through staff was very rude and unprofessional. When dealing with the public you cannot afford to be so disrespectful. Please stay at home if you’re having a bad hair day. Better yet if your experience is bad with another customer others should not feel the wrath.
Got a spicy famous bowl and it was extremely greasy. At lease a half cup of greased was drained onto the plate i had with no end in sight, like the chicken was dumped straight from the fryer into the bowl.
At first they forgot to give me biscuits. Didn’t realize till I got home. Went all the back for them to give me biscuits that weren’t even cooked. I mean theses biscuits are raw dough. I tried calling them however there was no answer. This is unacceptable. My 10 year old bit into a raw biscuit.
Bean and cheese burritos with extra cheese. Over 2 bucks each... wheres the beans???
