I will never ever go to this KFC/Taco Bell again. It was around lunch time and I go through the drive through. I’m the only car and when pulled up to order, the girl says “you have to come in to order” I asked what she said, no response. So, I pull up to window and her back is turned. She looks around at me like what do you want. Then, she open the window and say you have to come inside to order with her rude self. I drove off at went to McDonalds. I don’t have the time, energy nor patience to deal with unprofessional people. Leaving was the best thing for me! Management needs to get people in this establishment who wants to work and have some manners and customer service experience. How in the heck do I have to come in when I’m the only one in drive thru, make it make sense. The drive thru is to DRIVE THRU! Either manager need to address, or they will be shut down soon! Period!
I just left there and on google it says 9 and it’s 8:08 so I walked in and they said I could only get Taco Bell and someone in the back said just lock the doors we not open she but I was leaving anyways because I was getting something from kfc too
Why is it that every time I’ve gone to this KFC through the drive-through I’m told I have to come inside when there is nobody in the drive to know is there anybody inside. Make that makes sense to me
Didn't realize this place was even there. At night all the lights are off in the parking lot (city code violation?), and the sign is off too. Only reason I knew they were open is because some other poor soul was in the drive through line. Rude drive through person, just like the other reviews say (she must be related to the owner since she's still there) customer service is horrible. Will never come back again.
Definitely the worst customer service experience of my life. The Drive-thru worker was extremely rude. She told me that I can't add to my order at the window, which was fine. I said that I would come inside. She proceeded to demand that I pay her for my current order immediately. I repeated that I was coming inside. When I got inside, the first order was already bagged, crumpled up and laying on its side. The cashier attempted to verify what I had ordered and I explained that I had not ordered regular chicken sandwiches...I had ordered spicy chicken sandwiches and wanted to add to the order. The Drive- thru worker turned around and yelled "That's not what he said when he ordered" The cashier told me that the Drive-thru worker must be having a bad day. I told her that taking it out on paying customers was not the solution. The cashier, who was friendly and polite, continued to take my order and went to the back to get it. The Drive thru worker went to the back and started yelling "I don'tcare" " You can go back and tell him I don't care" She then proceeded to laugh. At that point, I canceled the order and demanded a refund to my card and a receipt showing that I had been refunded. She was unable to provide the receipt because the printer had no paper. This restaurant has a serious need to step up it's game. The Drive- thru worker has no business working in customer service. I just canceled a $27 order and from reading previous reviews, I'm not the first.
This place sucks. Worth the miles to go elsewhere. It's generally a month or more between my visits and always a different crew so it must be management/owners not doing their best to train or even supervise ? anyway, I'll not visit again and will discourage my family and friends from wasting their money here.
The female drive thru worker was so RUDE, she kept rushing me along. I had to get a HAND WRITTEN receipt because the manager did not order any receipt tape. The fries were cold but my sandwich was hot and tasty. Overall the service was horrible. The lobby was closed but the worker or the manager did not have a mask on either.
When you go thru the drive thru they say come inside to order. What's the point of a drive thru! I went next door to McDonald's instead. Management better do something fast!
Why is the drive through never open the point of a fast food place is the convenience…and it’s been like this for months! Ridiculous and this doesn’t happen at any of the other KFCs just the one in the hood i guess
I wish I could give ZERO STARS. The drive through attendant was extremely rude when taking our order. I just left and went next door to McDonald's. If you wonder why McDonald's line is so long and KFC's line was not...I'm sure it's because of the staff.
