Good food, drinks and service
You’re better off getting your stuff to go and go home. The service was trash and continues to get worse each time I come. The bar is rowdy. The waitress Evelin was overworked and provided HORRIBLE service. She didn’t introduce herself, kept rushing us to order then gave my mom the guest behind us plate. When we tried to explain to the cook he literally looked at us like ok what you want to do. Evelin then takes the plate and serves it to the correct customer. In the time of Covid I found that very nasty. She didn’t ask if we needed anything. Just horrible. Usually I get the Mexican trash can and usually get a buzz that night I was drinking Red Bull and juice. I will not be returning for horrible service and watered down drinks.
This place is horrible. 15% gratuity for 5 people, poor service, and bad food.
Very disappointing “street” tacos. Super dry, store bought tortillas, fatty Al pastor meat that’s not well flavored. Also, Requested a side of beans and rice. Was ASTONISHED when the bill came out and I was charged $5 for rice and $5 for beans. An extra $10 for like some of the cheapest food in existence. The tacos themselves were only $14.. do not recommend. Very disappointing Mexican food.
The service was great and the food was delicious. I absolutely love the mango margaritas served at the Hampton location.

I've been here twice. The food is ordinary, tastless and they use way too much salt to make up for it. There are other choices on the peninsula besides Juan's that will serve you flavorful authentic food. I'd avoid this one.Wait staff is seems a bit off too. They didn't seem happy. There were plenty of open tables and they put us in this weird sawed off booth that overlapped a column in the window. I had to request a seat change it was so awkward. And I'm not a complainer. Believe me, if I could find anything positive about this place I would. Bathrooms were gross. It was an all around bad experience that cost me $30+ for one person and that was without a margarita.
We had a large party on a Saturday night. They took our reservation, no hassle. (I did call the week before) The food was served hot and delicious, the servers/service was wonderful. Everyone's orders were correct and this happened on a very busy Saturday night at 6 pm. Highly recommend!
Been sitting here for 20 minutes, (I don’t want to eat here anymore) just want to see if I will eventually be acknowledged. Skip this place, I promise you will get better service at Taco Bell .
Best meal I have had in any restaurant in a very long time! This place can't be beat. I highly recommend the philly cheese steak tacos! They tasted like heaven in the form of a taco. This place is a must visit. You will not be disappointed! I would give this place more stars if I could.
