The worst! Came here from out of state visiting family and did mobile order get home and whole sub is wrong. Missing cheese which you had to add for extra $$, missing my pickles for all subs, and oil and vinegar. Absolutely disappointing!!!
The last three times we have ordered from this location, something was wrong with the order. Sandwiches were missing cheese, called to see if cheese comes on the sandwiches, which they clearly do, but on the phone was told that cheese doesn't come on the sandwiches and it would be extra. This is false because when you look at the descriptions for all of the sandwiches it clearly says what comes on them, and are able to be customized. It seems like when you customize your sandwich, it comes missing something. Whether it be extra mayo, or oil and vinegar, or anything. The order never comes correct. As much money as I spend for lunch for myself and my staff everything should be correct every single time I order. I'm talking anywhere from $30+ per order and always tip the driver. Orders should be checked and double checked if need be at this rate. And you may ask, why continue to order, well because this is the fastest delivery service that we can get, seeing as most of the time we aren't able to leave out to go get anything. Orders definitely need to be paid closer attention to. You're not cheap, and you don't even toast the bread. Disappointed. I think this will be strike three for me, you have not redeemed yourselves at all.

Just not the best sandwich choice in the area. Jersey Mike's has better options and better bread.
Fast friendly and most importantly fresh good job
I always do mobile ordering for here and whenever I do, I'm never notified that my order is ready. So, I go inside and I see that it's been ready after waiting 30-50 minutes for a notification on the app. Sometimes I'm notified hours after I grabbed my order
This is for the brand in general, cheap ingredients taste like trash. Jimmy John’s taste horrible
Parking is challenging, service is slower than I'm accustomed to with JJ.
Ordered off Doordash and there was a pretty big delay. Not sure what happened but they loaded up my sub with extra meat and the driver apologized for the wait. Quality customer service. This sub was meaty af. 10/10
