I ordered 2 sandwiches, 1 Turkey/provolone, hot peppers, lettuce tomatoes extra mayo (Large) and ham/provolone, onions,lettuce tomatoes oil and vinegar (Large) 2 chic chip cookies. Neither sandwich was correct and there was an extra sandwich in the bag that I was charged for. My order came to $46.00.Will not return to this location, mixed up order
When you buy your team dinner with an online order... get back to find the one ham instead of bacon was messed up... you call them to give them the opportunity to make it right... and they "manager" gives you an attitude instead fixing it. No they did not offer good service or food.

I picked up two subs with a coupon, and had the hot one that day and the cold one the next; they were both great, and the ladies who served me were fast while paying close attention to their tasks; it was worth the trip.
Food is normally good can't complain but how hard is it to make a sandwich? Just its not always fully staffed enough to handle the amount of in store customers and the online orders also so you normally have a little bit of a wait
I am yet to have a bad sub from jersey mikes. I don't mind spending the extra $$$ for better ingredients and it shows it when you get a sub. If you're looking to amp up your experience try the #9 mikes way and get buffalo sauce & chipotle mayo. Make two lines of the mayo and sauce and run your sandwich through it. Thank me later.
I simple asked for a side of onions and was told I couldnt get them without purchasing a sandwich. We are talking about not even the equivalent to a quarter of a chopped up onion and this stingy-think-he-owns-the-company-regular-employee who is expendable tells me no.

Don’t come here at night .. waited 40 mins for my food ordered online and then they were out of white bread by the time they got to mine even tho people came in after I ordered.. you would think they would have put the bread to the side. I guess he was a manager not sure but he didn’t even apologize just excuses and a nonchalant who cares attitude.. when I told my friend she had a similar experience one night.. morale or the story don’t come here at night
