I really liked the food it was my first time ordering sushi and the lady there was so Kind with us she was patient with us. I really liked it there i will most defintly order again from here
The sushi was lacking taste! We wanted so badly to find a regular spot. Everything tasted very blah, even the wasabi. I never ruin my sushi with soy sauce overload, but today was different. The spicy tuna had hardly any spice and looked very dry, almost looked like the tuna you can by in the snack packs- kind if tasted like it too. No hospitality...tbh I wasn't even sure if they appreciated my business. PLEASE HELP! I'm searching for an awesome Sushi restaurant and haven't found one in the Peninsula area since Soya closed at Coliseum Central.
Great sushi at a great price. My preferred sushi bar in the Hampton/Newport News area. They have great deals for lunch and the fish is always fresh and tasty. I've tried about 6 or 7 different rolls and it's pretty hard to pick wrong. The Summer Roll and the miso soup are especially delicious!!
I’ve been going to this place once a week every week for 4 years now, and having lived in Japan I can confidently say that this is by far the best sushi place I’ve found in my local area. Not to mention they went above and beyond with their COVID protection and precautions when it it hit, and still maintain that same standard to this day. Also they have takoyaki so that’s an auto +1 in my book.

My first time and I must say I'm super impressed! (Hibachi)Food was fresh when it arrived through Uber Eats. I'm a very picky eater. But this food is amazing. Vegetables weren't overcooked nor undercooked. Cooked just right. I'm very big on reviews ?. My honest opinion "Will most definitely be ordering again"
The food here is not good. The fried rice has no flavor to it, just bland. And the sushi is a rip off. It’s so full of rice and barely any meat, and with so much rice they put in there you can hardly put a piece of roll in your mouth.
I hate giving bad reviews, but this is some of the worst sushi I have ever had in my life. The tiny pieces fish weren't fresh and were surrounded by gobs of overcooked rice. I threw more than half of my lunch away.
I loved this place. Me and my sisters went and got some food and it was amazing! They gave us a cheesecake also, ok the house!! Thank you!
