Place sucks. Went here with 7 people couldn’t get a table. They said 30 to 45 minutes wait. We simply asked to to be seated beside each other in 2 tables. That couldn’t happen either. Place was not even busy. Manager was asked why from the host and she got mouthy with her. Just a power trip. Lady needs to be fired immediately. This happened to me twice. They had empty seats and still wouldn’t serve me
Service was friendly and quick. They were able to accommodate a large party on short notice. The food was delicious and hot. My first time at a hooters and definitely won't be my last. My entire party enjoyed themselves. The music selection was really cute as well.
My husband and I spent the whole day in the car driving down to VA from NY, it was late (9:00) and didn’t have many options. While we didn’t expect a gourmet meal, we did expect a few things. Our waitress was lovely, she took a while to get over to us because she didn’t know we were there, but she apologized and took our drink orders, our app order and dinner order. My husband asked for Heineken Light in a bottle, she didn’t know if they had it and would check, I asked for a seltzer with lemon and lime. My seltzer arrived, she brought the lemon and lime in a napkin, I think the lemons were used and no word on the Heineken (in fact, there was never any word on the Heineken). Then the wings arrive, we ask for plates and utensils, she brings plates. We ask again for utensils, she leaves and comes back empty handed and tells us that there are no utensils, they’re being washed. Our burgers arrive, “utensils?” we ask. Nope, but she did bring knives, at least we were able to cut our burgers but eat with our hands anything that fell out. When we were finished she asked if we wanted dessert “how could we eat it with no forks?” “Oh yeah” she replied, “you can’t.” We asked to speak to the manager, that was a waste of time. Again, we didn’t expect 5 star dining, but a fork would have been nice.
I came in with my family to celebrate my mom birthday We sat in 2 booths adults to one teens in the other. I understand it was busy and they were short but after 2 hours or more my son didn't get any food til it was time to pay the check! The steak and cheese was sold out but it shouldn't take 2 hours to figure out another option and get it out to him in a timely manner so he could eat with his family! That's just unacceptable and I used to love hooters but after this they won't get another dime of my money! I know it doesn't matter because I'm just one customer but after a $140 for everybody not to eat! Would you wanna come here again?
The wings were large but they went light on the sauce. Still pretty good. Prices have gone through the roof. The girls were nice and super helpful.
My wife and I went for lunch. It had been awhile since we had last visited. Lunch was very tasty and our waitress was very nice and checked back with us frequently to see how we were doing and if we needed anything.
Always good. Good food, friends and fun.
Came for lunch and it was an amazing experience! My server, Tyra, was great! She was prompt and super nice! My wings were fantastic! The gentleman with “Captain” on the back of his shirt cooked my wings to perfection! I’ll be back!
I had not been to Hooters in years for dine-in. This was an after work event. Always good food. I've have to put this back in my rotation of take-out food. I don't remember the assorted flavors.
Came here during a rush hour from the gun show, this place was packed and the waitresses were slammed needless to say. We were seated quickly and the manager was even assisting throughout this experience! Food was great and the waiter was very polite and worked here butt off! Keep doing great things!!
