$13 for a hamburger & $8 for a hotdog?!?!?! NO, THANK YOU! And if you are one of the people paying these prices for, at best, a mediocre meal, you need to rethink your life choices. Krystal has better hamburgers and hotdogs than this place.
Simple order. Small bacon cheeseburger with bbq sauce. What shows up? A bag with that listed and inside a cheeseburger with onions, ketchup, mayo, onions, lettuce, tomato. How illiterate do you have to be to screw up that badly?
Literally forgot the patty on my burger. Luckily my boyfriend got a double cheeseburger and gave me one of his. The food is too expensive for the entire patty of my burger not to be there.
Took my Momma here, for the first time, after waiting over an hour at Smash Burger. We ended up requesting a refund, as we never received our food. She loved it!

Whoa! $63 for 3 ppl is like omgoodness. $11 for that cheeseburger ?? Everything is ordered separately. Tasted great but not extraordinary. Very nice staff. Felt very welcome and appreciated. Thank you for that. Was nice to try though.
$18 bucks for a double hamburger with bacon and regular fries. No drinks. Delicious though.

Frustrating. Only customer in the restaurant with four workers chatting behind the counter. Failed to make the lettuce wrap I ordered and salt the fries. 1:4 ratio and still didn't get good service. Five Guys isn't cheap and poor service makes it not worth the $$.
