I placed an online order for 1 sub. It wasn't ready until 17 min after the given pick up time. The store wasn't busy, my order was overlooked. I checked the sub before leaving only to find that I was missing half of the requested ingredients. I understand mistakes happen but after waiting so long, my order could've at least been correct. Oh they also forgot the complimentary pickle!!!
Attempted to go inside last night, the posted time of closing on Saturday is 10pm. The doors were locked and I was told by staff at 8:30pm, they are only accepting DoorDash orders, unacceptable.
I often order online and my order is always ready everything that I asked for my salad order is normally exactly the way I order it so I have no complaints and I would suggest that other people try their salads
Never a bad thing to say about this place until tonight. Food is always good n u get what u pay for. A foot long sub is usually 2 meals. Had llike 4 pieces of meet on my sub, horrible
I want to thank T-mobile app for the free medium sub which was the Hook & Ladder this week on the app my only problem was the was not anyone cleaning the tables after people were eating or just sitting around waiting on there food and the cashier was the only one with no mask on behind the counter
This restaurant has a rule that 3rd party delivery apps (doordash) must pour customers drinks. Which gets on my nerves as it is, but they also require you to get the customers sides as well such as chips!? I'm sorry do I work for doordash or firehouse subs? I understand though ya know that's the rule so that the employees can focus on making food. But it's inexcusable that I go go pick up food for a customer on doordash I'm told I need to get the drinks and chips while THREE EMPLOYEES ARE SITTING AROUND DOING NOTHING IN AN EMPTY RESTAURANT JUST CHATTING AND LAUGHING IT UP! If there's nobody in the store and no orders coming in why aren't yall the ones pouring the drinks and stuff? I came into the restaurant and the order was just sitting there so obviously you had time to pour the drinks and stuff.. Ridiculous!
the food is really good; but little pricey
What I paid 9.40 for would have gotten me a better deal at JJ or Jersey Mike's never going back they give a small cut that is half the size of McDonald's or burger king SMH
1 for getting the order right, 3 for food quality, and 5 for friendliness. So that is a 3.
They're not afraid to put meat on your sub like some places
