Temporarily a 4; might update to a 5 after a second visit. The cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable. I picked an iced dirty chai which was wonderful - the best I've had in a while. A definite plus...the ice cubes were made from coffee! I appreciate this touch, especially as we head into warmer weather. The pulled pork sandwich with slaw was good (though not something I'd recommend if asked). I will try a salad or breakfast sandwich next time.The restaurant is quaint and the outdoor seating with umbrellas is nice. They have bowls and water for pup visitors too.
Super sweet people working at this adorable coffee shop. Not many people there on a lonely Thursday afternoon. They have fun fireman things, chess, and other toys for kids to play with. I ordered a dirty chai, and it was great. Kids got hot chocolate, and they said it was good. We got a bag of coffee beans, and we are excited to try the Chesapeake Bay blend!
On my way to Richmond, decided to stop by at FireHouse coffee. Located in Hampton, the establishment has a history as it is an original firehouse building. The staff is very welcoming, I ordered a lavender latte, which was delish along with a bagel sandwich which I enjoyed on the go. Will definitely be back again and will post pictures. Oh my favorite they are dog friendly.
It was such a nice surprise to find this small coffee shop on Fort Monroe. My husband and I stopped and relaxed outside. I ordered a lavender scone and a dark earl grey and my husband got a lemon cookie. There were a couple of other people there too but it wasn't crowded. The staff were very slow in completing the orders. It is really cute though and we enjoyed sitting outside.
One of my favorite coffee shops in the area. They have any and everything you might want. Food menu is limited but this place is a coffee shop not a diner. The cold brew is my favorite!
I made my way out to this little coffee shop for the first time and the experience was great. The staff were really welcoming when I came in. I didn’t order food this time but the coffee was good. 10/10 would recommend checking this place out.
Stopped by firehouse for pictures with Santa and amazing coffee! Highly recommend!! Amazing atmosphere with friendly staff! Very hands on and personable owners that are local to the area! 10/10 will be making a weekly trip by this amazing location!
I love firehouse coffee! My family has been going since it opened and it has only gotten better. We make it a point to stop by everytime we are close by Ft.Monroe. A true gem. Great coffee, and yummy bites!
