Will never go to a dunkin ever again.. the store apparently does drive through only. No sign indicating...Stood at counter for about 7 minutes before an employee decided to acknowledge my presence. Went through the drive through were I was not greeted for order and had no idea I was to place order...I drove on to be told they greeted me which is a total lie. What a waste of my time and I will tell everyone I can to never go to dunkin
cold food.. went back no facial expression of apology nothing just remade sandwich and laid it on counter.. never going back
Showed up at the drive thru and was told (in a rude tone) that we would have to wait 20 minutes because they were counting the register. We offered to pay with credit card, but we’re still told we had to wait. Not exactly “fast” food. We ended up going to McDonald’s next door.
Service could I been quicker. Want 2min in line for a coffee. 3 employees working
The opening manager Krystal was amazing. However the employees seem super scarce and over worked. Higher ups need to do better!!
Wrong size coffee given. App lists different blends of coffee, they only had original. Wrong sweetener listed even though I specified twice which one I wanted.

3 ppl in drive thru but no 1 at front register took 10 min to get to front register no greeting jest stared in your face like I was serving them finally spoke after 10sec of oddness she took my order of avocado toast. Had a funny taste to it but I was ok.
This store is in the heart of Hampton Coliseum Central. But the parking lot is filthy dirty and it sitting right on the corner of Coliseum! I haven't seen any other businesses on this street with filthy parking lots. Store looks like it belongs in a different area!
I walked in to buy a large tea I stood on the line for 10 mins before the women behind the counter tells me that she is only taking orders through the drive thru but had no sign up indicating this. I was so disappointed after I standing there for so long ?
