If I could give it zero stars I would, I gave the lady a coupon for 2 dollars for any size of ice coffee and said to her that would like to use the coupon. The lady was on the phone with somebody or was talking to her coworker and she did not pay attention to my words and still charged me the original prices after I gave her the coupon and try to get her attention to ask if the coupon went through she shut the window and continue to talk on the phone, bad service I will never return
Made a mobile order (paid on the app) just for them to be closed at 9 in the morning. Contacted them and customer service many times and still haven't gotten my money back. They're always out of something too.
we love thus dunkin bc it’s near our house, but please train your employees to make proper coffee. I got a mocha latte without the mocha and employee was asking if i wanted cream in it… when latte obviously has it. I don’t blame the employee at all, but i do judge their management for not train and teach then. How you expect a branch to succeed with out the proper management?

What's up with the Owner or management? They are always out of something ....or say we ain't serving food today . I am a loyal customer of this place ..but really getting tired of how they are alwaysoug of stuff..not to mention had several cars ahead of me and waste all that time and can't get nothing .
Starbucks ended up being cheaper. Rude not very helpful employees... management has let this store go. Used to be a good spot. They said they couldn't take my order I could only order with the ap. Went to Starbucks and it was surprisingly cheaper.
They never have what you want even if it's plain frozen coffee. I wonder why I even stop here sometimes seeing that Wawa and Starbucks seem to never be out of concentrated or brewed coffee.
10/31/21 Sunday Morning and went to D.D. on Nickerson in Buckroe Beach. I have been here at this location Several times and putting it Midley . Always out of Stock for something. This Morning was no Pumpkin spice latte. I keep going to This one praying for Customer Service and the product are in stock. Shameful that this location is undeniable the Worst. I need to quit going back just to be Severely Disappointed ☹️. Apparently a Customer was Arguing about the service and I Had to repeat my order Several times because of the comotion going on inside. Just to be told that they have no Pumpkin spice latte. One Morning I was there and. It was around 0830 in the morning and the drive thru was open but the lobby was closed.What a Shameful way to operate a Dunkin Donuts.
Very long wait times, and half the time my order gets messed up. Polite service though, clean and a public restroom
Took my son in to order him breakfast and there was only one other person inside that had already placed their order. The girl at the counter is irritated that she has to take our order because she is training and wants us to hurry up so she can get back to what she was doing. Then we walk over to where we wait for a hash brown that we ordered. The guy was getting ready to hand them to us when another girl grabs the bag from him and he says, it’s for them and points at us. She looks at the ticket on the bag then throws the bag on the counter and walks away. Rude staff. You can say short staffed and stressed but I also work with the public and you do not have to be rude. There were 5 employees there.
