Placed the order thru the app, took more than 1 hour, I called and they keep saying its on the way, app said it was delivered so I called and said that the app says it was delivered, they told me there nothing they can do, I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PIZZA AND THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO, THEY WOULDN'T REFUND ME. After an hour the pizza arrived and was cold and taste bad.My advice, SATU AWAY FROM DOMINO'S. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST.
Employees DO NOT wear mask or gloves & when they do have on gloves their doing everything with those gloves on. Register taking money & working with your food. A lot of younger ppl working in here. Their not rude but they aren’t customer service friendly either. Pizza was okay once I received it but after seeing how they maneuver with gloves doing everything else along with dealing with food & not changing them nor wearing mask.This place is a possible infestation to start any bug or spread of ppl getting sick. I’m good eating here. Safer to get a box pizza or make it yourself.
this is the second time that I have placed a delivery order and after hearing nothing for 30 minutes I called the store and they told me it would be another 40 minutes because they are "super behind" and are "short on people". when I asked about pickup they informed me it would be 30 minutes. So after already waiting 30 minutes and being told they "have not even made it" yet I cancelled my order. They need to do better.
On top of the fact that i’ve been waiting past the pick up time, the employees don’t wear masks or anything over their beard… and if hair falls in the food? That’s just nasty. One is eating and walking around with their mask down, another has no mask, and another put their mask below their chin, like what is the point of wearing a mask at that point? Get it together
So I ordered last night at like 8:33, they called me sometime after I ordered and told me they were closing early and cancelling my order, left me a voicemail, didn’t give me the option to pick it up before they left. But I went back on the app and it said they closed at 9. So I’m jus not sure why if they were closing at 9 my 8:33 order should have been cancelled and not brought to me. Y’all were already closing early right ?? It’s not like I live in buckroe I’m 5-7 mins from yall in Hampton club. So now I gotta order my food again cuz I still want it and pay for it again anddd wait for my refund for what 2-4 days ?? Y’all suck and it really sucks y’all the only dominos I can order from..
Despite being short-staffed, I was able to walk in and order a pizza and quickly have it made. The manager at the time, Devon, was able to quickly and politely greet me and take my order. While I was waiting for my pizza, a rude customer came in and demanded her pizza be brought to her- this was despite her not following the directions on the app, such as turning her hazards on or saying she was there on the app. I also saw devon training somebody under him, being very patient and showing off his knowledge. I don't often write reviews for chain restaurants, but this Domino's was above standards. I'll be ordering from here often, they have wonderful quality.
They DO NOT WEAR GLOVES WHEN MAKING YOUR FOOD! IDK if it's all locations or just this 1 but If you ever order Carry Out or if you ever just go inside look at how they make the food. Not a soul in site wears Gloves at all. Everybody and I mean EVERYBODY had naked hands. Touching the cash register face mask doors door handles Phones and etc touching Everything with bare hands. When we asked where was everybody gloves at they said they are required to Wash there hands before handling the food but don't have to wear gloves SAY WHAT! So we cancelled our order and went to where they make the food with gloves ON!
After waiting an hour for my pizza I called and was told it would be another 35-45 mins if I wanted to come pick it up. I understand if you are short staffed, but then stop taking orders. This would be the 3rd time there has been an issue with my order so I gave you guys chances. Very disappointed.
I literally live 3-4 mins from this location and it takes and hour and a half or longer to get pizza from this location delivered. The only plus is they give me a free pizza when there late and turn around and are late delivering the free pizza so It’s just a endless cycle
The guy Shawn was pleasant who took my order. When it came it took awhile, I'm assuming they are short on drivers so I didn't mind the wait. My order was correct except I ordered a Philly cheese steak with extra meat an cheese and they barely put meat on it. I called the store an Shawn ensured me he would make it an send out another free of charge. I'm including what my 1st sandwich looked like. I will update my review once I get the new sandwich.
