This location is absolutely not customer service oriented. After placing an online order and waiting the 45 minute delivery window the app was still showing that our order was in the prep stage. I called to get an ETA and was told they were very behind (no apology) and that we should have our order in about 20 more minutes. We waited another 20 minutes and the app was still showing the order was in "prep." My husband calls and is told it's going to be another 20-25 minutes. At this point we cancel our order and ask to speak to a manager, we were told that would be an hour wait! I did end up calling back and spoke to the manager who seemed like she could care less.

"Emily began prepping my order at 7:16" with 45 minutes until my order would be delivered. I checked at 8pm and it said they were still prepping. I called at 8:20 got put on hold, and hung up on before they answered. Called again at 8:55, put on hold again, got someone this time who told me my order would be another 45 minutes to an hour.Worst experience I've ever had from a pizza place.

MAKE SURE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER 2 HOURS IN ADVANCE. I’ve only ever ordered from the LaSalle location twice. The first time, I was babysitting and placed a delivery order for two pepperoni pizzas. An hour later, with no update on the app, I call the store and they tell me that it’s going to be at least two more hours until delivery and that they can’t refund/cancel my order. Kids were fed, bathed and in bed before the order arrived. Oh, and the SUPREME pizzas I didn’t order were already cold. 6 months later I decided to give the place a 2nd chance and the same thing happened again. 45 minutes with no update on the app, so I called and they tell me it’s going to be at least another hour. No compensation, no apology. Highly disappointed.

Most visits have been good did get a bad order the last time I ordered pizza was cold and sauce did not taste right and tried to call the store and could not get an answer. But more times good then bad keep up the good work.

I'm appalled that Domino's has the gall.to give discounts of 3.00 to Online orderers and those who chose to not use their credit card.on the WORLDWIDE WEB can all go to hell.Any company disrespecting older people,people who chose not to do all their business.on the internet, and people whose money is green too,, can go to hell

Went to the one on Nickerson Blvd., pizza tracker is a great tool.By the time I was at the drive thru window, pizza coming out of the oven.

2+ hours after ordering online, still nothing after calling and being told, they are working on it. Now on hold trying to cancel my order. If there is a problem, managers need to contact customers and give an option to cancel or continue to wait, but not communicating is not the answer. BAD experience Domino's! BAD!

Part of my order was taken wrong, unfortunately, but was fixed! Realized my sandwich (only thing I ordered, lol) was never ordered, ended up just eating cheesy bread for dinner

Dominos staff work hard to give the best pizza in hampton. I always order from here. Good people

Walked into this location and the manager Kaitlyn had a disgusting attitude before I could even place an order. No eye acknowledgment or eye contact upon walking into an empty store, I asked a question about the app, still no eye contact. Will never eat here and I will discourage everyone I know from eating at this location as long as Kaitlyn is employed then.
