Chris is sorry disrespectful manager. They delivered my food cold ...the driver said they were short staffed. I tried calling the manager that night and I couldn’t get them on the phone. they finally answered the phone 2 days later and the MOD named Chris was nasty and disrespectful. Told me he’s not doing anything about it and his GM will say the same thing. I think Domino’s needs to be reminded they can go back to the bottom of the list like the were a few years ago ...when they are the laughing stock of the industry. You are nothing without your customers don’t you ever forget that! I work hard for my money and refuse to deal with this type of service!!!!
So my daughter goes to pick up order needless to say that boy is lucky I did not go pick up the order. Very unprofessional spoke to her very ugly!!! She calls and addresses the issue. Then I make sure that the manager addresses the rude boy. He says to me your daughter already called and complained..... I did a quick prayer because first and foremost you don't say someone called and complained you as a manager say I appreciate the call and I have addressed the issue..that boy doesn't need to be working there whatever his issue is he doesn't need to bring it to work and involve others that is helping him keep his dag on job
Man, what an oddessy....I previously reviewed negatively because I'd tried to make a delivery order that was canceled by the store. Meh. Ok, whatever, it was late and I was probably being unreasonable, so I changed the review. The next time I ordered cheese bread and it was basically burt to a crisp with a couple sprinkles of crunchified bits of cheese on top. Again, whatever, probably what I get for last time. This time both pizza and cheese bread were basically raw dough in the middle. Awaiting to see if the replacement order is aby better, but 3 times in a row now we have had issues and it's getting old. Never had an issue with this store until recently.
Placed order online said it would be ready in 20 min it took an hour to get the order
Pizza was good, delivery was slow but nothing crazy. I always order online due to the coupons.
The pizza is good, and the location has gotten their system more streamlined. My only complaint is that the crust often comes out underdone. Ordering well done helps, but the crust still really needs a little more heat or time.
You should get 10 points for ever $10 not just 10 points for an order over $10 ?♂️ Make me have to make two orders
I called this location the guy ask me to repeat my order 3x’s and still didn’t get it right . I hung up on them because I was outside of Dominos . However it sent me to the Dominos around the corner from the Dominos that I was on the phone with .
Domains really made $50 worth of food and delivered it, only to take it back to the store because they won't except $50 this is insane!
We ordered half cheese and the other half onions, pepperoni and mushrooms. My daughters side was completely cooked and the other side was real wet and gooey. Called and spoke to a Manager who gave me a credit for another pizza.
