I was served promptly for the rate of business this restaurant was doing for it's limited staff! My food was good. The waitress was cooking by the time I left, and the shortage of help was painful. Still, I've never seen a harder working group of employees at a Denny's, EVER! Be patient and you'll have good food and a better than average experience!

We went to Dennys about a month ago, around 10AM We were met at the door and told that the dining room would be closed until around 2PM. No other explanation offered. Okay, we gave them a second chance this morning and again, met at the door and told that they were too busy filling online orders to seat anyone for at least an hour. I sincerely hope that their online business is doing well because they will never get our in store business again.

Apart from the work area looking unkept. The service was terrible, we wanted to dine in only to be told that we had to wait 45 min to an 1 hour. I then ordered online pick up waited an 1 hour for it (the tracker said it would be ready at 12:41) I went in at the exact pick up time and I was then told I have to wait another hour additional to the pick up time. The person working at the front desk didn’t care neither did he showed know customer appreciation. The whole thing was ghetto and a mess.Why is this place even running ? Get a better manager or I’m gonna start recording this mess and posting on social media

We went to late dinner last night. There was only 1 server and 1 cook. The server I think his name was Steve did such an amazing job even with being under staffed last night. Steve was super nice, he worked so hard last night being the only server. The food was amazing and our portions were huge. I was very impressed. Of course we left Steve a huge tip cause he deserved it big time. We will b goin back to this Denny's in the future.

I have been in person to this restaurant and have ordered to go from Uber Eats. When I was in person with my whole family, it took a very long time for our order to get taken/received and my mother’s meal was never put in the order at all, in result our waitress was sent home but nothing else, and my mother, after an hour, decided not to eat. My first Uber Eats order was delivered over an hour past the due time, due to the restaurant being behind on orders. The second time I ordered, I accidentally clicked the wrong thing (I know is my fault) but I called before the food was made, and was put on hold to “ fix my order “ long past due my order was picked up by the driver. Also adding, they did not even include the salsa I was supposed to receive and they only gave me 3 very baby chicken tenders.

Off the bat, I can see why there’s a lot of complaints about speed of service, however, once seeing that there was only one waitress working the whole restaurant by herself, I would actually say the speed was incredibly quick considering. She did her best, and was kind and patient despite her situation, kudos to her.I also had my favorite cake batter shake, and the new cookie dough pancakes, food was very good!

My boyfriend and I had the best experience at this establishment! I wish I could remember our server, she was the best waitress ever! She was fast, friendly and helpful. She had the best personality.

Manager was extremely rude. I asked for over easy eggs they gave me burnt black eggs. When I asked why I got this the manager says oh well he can walk out the door. Screw this Denny's. Absolutely the worst. And my fried steak tasted like it was sitting for a week. Don't eat here

The customer service here needs a lot of work. You will be standing there forever waiting to be seated and they will not acknowledge you at all. After standing there for so long I didn’t even want it anymore. I had been there before and waited, but the server was amazing. I can’t remember her name.

Went to the Denny's in Hampton, VA. Took a while for us to be servedI guess it's to be expected with only one server. Food set for a while before it was delivered to us. We ordered breakfast items. I wanted cup of hot tea, none was available. Not a good experience. Other people waited forever to pay for their meal. We'll won't be going back for a while.
