I normally avoid this location because everyone seems to just hate their job here. If management didn’t insist the cashiers rush customers at the speaker and window, everyone would have a better experience. Cashiers are obviously frustrated with their job and take it out on the customers.The menu is confusing to read right off the bat. It takes a minute to figure out what you want. If you don’t answer the cashiers questions in one second flat, they repeat themselves in a very rude and frustrated tone. And that’s all just at the speaker.When you get to the window, you aren’t greeted in any manner and any question is answered with “mm hmm” and attitude. It always leaves me wondering why I come back. I like the food but is it really worth it? “Time” is everything to cook out and they’ll risk getting orders wrong just to take your money and push you through the line. On top of the terrible customer service.
Very interesting mix of foods! Standard fast food fare plus fair food and really good shakes. Lots of weird but good sounding shakes. Can be super cheap of moderate expensive depending of which part of the menu you order off of.Only offers drive thru.
Pushy staff! Whether it's our first time or twentieth, whether it's an order for one or 8, be patient and realize we're seeing the menu the moment you are asking us to order. You're still gonna make your $$ with your over priced cheap ingredients, but in the future it won't be made from my dime.
Great place for late night snack. Was hungry, was late and their burgers are not greasy like other places. Nice menu selections, fast service. What else do uou need?
No matter what time of day or night they are fast and great customer service. I love it because I'm in and of the drive thru very fast
Guilty pleasure ??? I really enjoyed this.I ordered the regular 1/4 burger tray with Cajun Fries and hushpuppies. Sweet tea could have been sweeter but it was still good.
Love their shakes but the food is subpar.In addition to that they are slow. I feel slighted by having to had waited for that quality of food. I won't be returning to Cookout.
Used to be my favorite fast food restaurant. However I went this week and ordered my normal double burger. The tiny little meat patty has shrunk so much it took me 3 bites before I actually bit into meat. A great restaurant gone bad.
First Of all the menu is very hard on the eyes especially when it's supposed to be a fast food joint The way the menu is laid out is very hard to read quickly. 2nd, I could not tell if it was the speaker Box volume was on Max or if the employee was just a naturally very loud person but it hurt my ears and Startled me when I 1st heard her voice. Also I ordered a chicken quesadilla, and was very disappointed. The shreds of cheese were bigger than the shreds of the chicken, you could barely taste any chicken. It was mostly just cheese and sauce. The prices are not worth the headache cuz the food ain't all that.
Customer service was good. Like the walk up window instead of drive through. Love the milkshake and hushpuppies. Milkshakes were nice and thick.. delish! Burgers were good. Next time will have to try the chicken. Cajun fries were very good.
