To start with the positive, the pizza was great. Everything else was not worth the visit. First, I was told to take a selfie on my own phone to prove I came in with my kids versus the stamp/sticker method from past visit. I found that odd and presumptuous. They make you pick up your pizza/order from the kitchen and carry to your own table. I paid $50 dollars for 1 large pizza, 4 cups, and 45 points(most games are 1-2 point). That is outrageously expensive for the quality of games and food. The games are super old and repetitive. It's not great when my kids are over it within an hour. Prize selection has totally went downhill. Better option at the local dollar tree. Staff was borderline annoyed you even walked in like I knew it was do it yourself Chuck E Cheese Edition. I won't be back. Just go to "Dave and Busters" or "Tilt" instead.
food was great plenty of room for my kids running around and play games no long waiting
Hmmm... we had a birthday party there... it was very crowded, which I expect it to be, our server was awesome, she helped with everything, she could... the pizza came out late which I understand because alot of ppl but it was good... spent more then 400$ .... the drink machine wasn't running right, out of drinks or water down drinks... the blow machine for the birthday kids was right in the middle of our party, our table shouldn't have been there, other people was coming and we have gifts and purse and food and drinks all in the open.. I thought that was very rude and unhealthy..that was my major problem but overall my son had a great time and made memories ...
We had an awesome birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese. All of the employees, especially Ladonna and the manager Stephanie, were extremely friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate our birthday gathering. We didn't have a scheduled party, we were just going to bring in a group of about 15 kids to celebrate my grandsons birthday. We were prepared to sit in separate booths at the back of the venue, but Ladonna and Stephanie were able to seat us in the birthday party area so all of the kids could sit together. They made sure we were all taken care of, and throughout the party all of the other associates would come and check on us, even Chuck E. Cheese paid us a visit. It was a great day and my grandson had a fantastic birthday. Thanks Chuck E. Cheese for turning a stressful situation into a memorable event.
I had my baby first bday party here and we enjoyed our selves. They enforced the mask rule and only allowed a certain amount of people due to the pandemic. I appreciated that. The pizza was hot and delicious. It was summer time and it the AC was boomin. Thumbs up!!
New games, clean. And fun. Great value all around
I take my children here every month or so. It's something fun for them (and me). We usually go on Wednesdays because there is a coupon for 60 mins of play time for about $15.00 (per play pass). I highly recommend getting their app because you earn rewards when you scan your Chuck E Cheese receipts.
I like this Chuck E Cheese. It's never pack and that is important during this pandemic especially with trying to find activities for my son to do safely. The staff was very nice and overall I always have a great experience.
Was great, not as many games as the once was compared to the ones I've been to in the Richmond area, also there was no play area with the slide guess that may have been removed due to COVID-19.
POSITIVE: place is nice and fun for the kids. They always have a great time.staff is friendly and professional.NEGATIVE: understaffed.. they need more staff to take care of the customers
