This place was serving online orders only even though their store seemed fully functional. The guy behind the counter said it was due to low staffing and the they were told to do this by management.Completely defeats the purpose of coming to chipotle to build a burrito.

They’re so unprofessional here. They moved with no urgency to get my order out. It wasn’t busy because the card reader was down. But they didn’t jump in to help with the mobile orders. The worst part is once the mobile order was ready they didn’t call my name until several orders were pilled around it. I got my order before another gentleman who was there before me. Another young lady was dancing behind the counter and was happily shouting that “we are cash only”. I understand having an easy day but you still have to work and be professional. Lastly, there wasn’t a manager out there. Nobody organizing or leading the charge as mobile orders started to come in by the boat load.

I'd like to share this review of Chipotle on Hampton Road. Can someone tell me if you would pay almost $10 for this barbacoa burrito with extra rice, beans, extra sour cream and extra cheese. At first, the burrito did not have anything extra, but it lacked the meat , I took that photo in the middle of the burrito and the meat never appeared and the extra ingredients that I asked for. I hope they improve when it comes to serving the portions, because I don't think it's fair to pay almost $10 for a meal that doesn't meet the standards.

I have given this place 2 chances and both times I have been disappointed. This place is dirty, and on my most recent visit, the staff was having a whole conversation behind the counter while I was trying to pay for my food. Felt like I was interrupting instead of a valued customer. And why is the trash always over flowing? Maybe instead of talking behind the counter someone could take out the trash for once…

I am very disappointed with my order that I place today and I will never order from you again, see attached pics of how my food arrived today…nothing but chicken!! Really this is not a Bowl with Chicken…this is not on DoorDash this is on you!! I feel like I got ripped off and someone should be accountable for this…I will be contacting your corporate office!! Burrito bowl was cold! The rice, beans; cheese wasn't even melted! Looks like it was all put in the bowl, lettuce on top. It should have been microwaved or something, before it got delivered to me. Grubhub refunded my money, and trying to call Chipotle to ask a question is fruitless...you get an automated answerer who says the staff is too busy to talk to you. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!!

BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION!! BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION!!I have given this FRUSTATING location more chances than I should have ever given them!! Multiple times I visited this location they had "trolls" guarding the doors telling people it was online orders only. I wouldn't call them trolls if they wouldn't act so nasty! I was happy to see that we could go in today to eat (and for once it didn't smell like sewage in there!) but was so disappointed in the service and their attitudes. I ordered 2 burritos and 2 kids build a kit tacos. Apparently you can only get rice and beans with this and no toppings like cheese, sour cream or lettuce. I have never experienced that at a Chipotle before. They also didn't give the kids the trays like they used to. They forgot the chicken for both kids meals, and I asked for a side of sour cream 5 times, and never received it. Then it came time to pay. Well, EXACT CASH ONLY!! They can't make change! If they receive exact change from, let's say, HALF their customers, then the other half would be able to receive change. Despite the whole fact that they can only RECEIVE exact change, they some how "don't have any change in the register!" Multiple women behind the counter were so nasty about this concept. (On a side note, how lazy does a store have to be that they can't run to the bank!) Thankfully, my husband had his debit card on him, but he had to run it 3 times because the cashier wasn't paying any attention! On top of all of this "Chipoopy!" we ordered a large drink to only discover that they were out of multiple sodas and no one told us that when we ordered!!BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION!! BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION!!

Every single time I order from this Chipotle online, there is always something missing. Not an exaggeration!! Presentation is terrible and sloppy also. I love Chipotle but NOT this location!!!!!
