7-21-2022 5:32When removing my salad out of the bag, I noticed 2 flies inside my food.Called no answer, left a VM.Took a video, picture only shows 1.EDITThey got back to me and I am satisfied with they way this was handled.Thank you!

This location seems to be very understaffed, and we were in line waiting for so long for them to bring out the food - only to find out that they got the order completely wrong. They did a decent fix up however, but overall the experience was very unsatisfactory.

Tried using the mobile app to order a $108 nugget tray and it stayed in the “processing” buffer screen. Never got a confirmation email either. I called & couldn’t talk to anyone. Ordered from another location with no problems. Next day, the manager called me asking if I was coming to pick up the tray and I explained it never processed & I never got confirmation. Not even a order number! He said he’d contact the regional manager & get back with me. Never happened. Next day I drove there & explained the situation and the regional manager (who wouldn’t talk to me directly) said she wouldn’t reimburse me. I even compromised asking her for a credit and she said no. So now I’m out $108 with NOTHING to show for it due to THEIR mobile app FAILURE. This tray was for my 10-11 soccer team banquet that I volunteer coach. I couldn’t risk showing up to a banquet empty handed. As a touted Christian based company, THIS franchise owner sure shows his/her greed! I plan to dispute it through my credit card service. I DO NOT recommend this location! Go 5 minutes down Mercury to the other location…

Worst Chickfila. I can drive 10 minutes out of the way to a different location and still get my food quicker. Parking lot is nice and new. But there is debris and cones all over the place obscuring where to even go.

It's OK. Wait times can be super long and had one emotional tell me to move forward and then another employee walked in front of my truck. I almost hit her! Pure accident but he way they are currently running a drive through is potentially dangerous. Food was hot a good as usual.

Absolutely the worst chick-fil-a ever. The Manu is at the end of the line so if you don't know what you want when the carhop gets to you you can't see the menu. The maze of cones don't make sense or labeled properly for which line is which. You get your food and still stuck in a line of cars waiting for there food. This is the worst and most poorly run chick-fil-a ever. It's directly next to my house and I will drive the distance to go to another one. Also want to note I have been holding off on this review in fear of going to hell but this has been like this and everytime I have gone there since they opened.

Update: They now have a mobile app pick up lane. 3-5-22Update: This location now serves Breakfast.This location is new to the East End ofNewport News off Mercury Blvd near Newmarket. The parking lot and drive thru is 1way in 1way out and can be confusing. Overall the food and service is excellent and F.Y.I. this location closes @ 9p.m. instead of 10p.m. like other locations.

I love Chick-fil-A , But as high as food is now because of the pandemic, this is all I get??? I get home to open my bag to see this!!! ?‍♀️

Drove up to the store and sat in line for almost 20 minutes. I get up to order and they ask for my express number or something I’m like I don’t have one just want to order. This lady proceeds to tell me that I’m in the express line and I have to go all the way around again and get back in line. Keep in mind there are 5-7 cars in front of my blocking me from leaving waiting on their food. So then I sit there for another 10 minutes to get out. Absolutely ridiculous, Wendy’s here I come. Just lost a customer for life.. horrible experience

This place is horrible. There are 10 cars and they can't keep the line moving. I'm also trapped and can't get out of line. Moving at the speed of smell. No urgency.
