Does any place do it better than Chick-fil-A? My grandson can not eat chicken nuggets without the sauce. They both had a great time and the floor attendant treated us amazing! She played and talked to my grandsons, refilled our drinks and even cleaned up after them, which I wished they were not so messy...but I do blame their mom ?
The food was great but disappointed with the “all in” drive through experience. I prefer to go inside rather than to use the drive through but with cones all over the parking lot designed to push every car that goes in towards the drive through made my experience negative. I get it, drive through is designed for speedy service but that wasn’t the case. Half the parking lot was blocked off due to the drive through lanes, and the spots open to park in were not accessible due to the drive through line.
So me and my fiance got food tonight I ammmm so glad I didn’t eat it. The fries were brown like they were over cooked and the salad had a fruit fly in the salad I never seen that before from chic fil a they have really slacked off a whole lot in the hampton roads areas. They are so much like a wendys or mcdonalds I would definitely expect more from them. The chicken strips don’t seem like they are cooked in the inside
I have integrity, that's why I quit. I refuse to serve people rubbish. They tried to make me serve customers (people in my community) drinks from cups off the floor, rinsed by water from the drink machine! Yes! They do not have working plumbing in the kitchen and frequently have sewage backup. There is no way I would eat or let my children eat at this location, also owns the newly built chick fil a down the street. They only care about their profit not the people they serve or their workers.
Always out of stuff as simple as a packet of Mayo, then I go to a different location right up the street and it’s a non issue. Come on, how hard can it be to manage that simple supply. Heard of chip shortage not Mayo shortage.
This was the slowest Chick-fil-A I had ever been to it was on Mercury Boulevard in Hampton and they were very slow and I was on my way to work. I know not to stop there when I'm in a hurry because they are not like the rest of the Chick-fil-A's that I go to.
I ordered 2 large fries because I was having a difficult day. All I wanted was to enjoy some hot goodness and tasty Chick-fil-A sauce. The guy filling the orders only gave me 2 sauces and when I asked for more he said that he could not due to store policy. Idk about y’all but 2 Chick-fil-A sauces does not get the job done. Couldn’t even finish the first fry before I ran dry. What happened to the customer is always right?
My first time in years to Chick-fil-A. Staff took orders while we were in the drive through line. Answered questions and helped us get exactly what we wanted ordered correctly. Prep was timely, delivery of order was prompt. Thanks for great service and tasty food!
I give my visit three stars only because I ordered a large fry and the box wasn't even half way full. I was also given an extra amount of sauce, but I wasn't even close to using half of it because the little portion I got. Other than that, my food tasted great and was good quality!
Flash back to a week or two ago I order 2 meals and an extra 3 pc chicken strips. Get all the home and find that there is no chicken strips in the bag, but I was charged for the order. Today I went again and ordered 2 meals and a 3 piece again. The drive through employee asked me how many strips and what sauce I would like. Pulled up to get my food and yet again no chicken strips. This time I wasn’t charged for them but it’s always something, it’s like me and my 3 piece are not meant to be. Also did not get any sauce in the bag even though they asked if I would like any sauce with my sandwich and I said ranch and chik fil a. It was just inconvenient holding up the line for the customers behind me to reorder the strips. 3 stars only because the food I did receive was delicious.
