Had a BIG order with lots of meals, and everything was there and was correct! This was seriously the BEST Chick-fil-A salad I have ever had! Will go out of my way to come back to this location!
Store manager had a bad attitude. Refused to help with order problem . Told me it was not her problem . Took too long to fix the problem . Told me could not fix my order that she never received ! Then proceeded to give another customer a free salad because his previous salad had chicken on it and could not give me what I was missing on my order .
I know things are busy but you really need to double check orders. 2nd time order was wrong. Order 12 count meal and 4 strip meal with large tea and got 2 strip meals and small drinks. Drinks are my fault but I was trying to get out of the way for other people. But definitely go! People are very nice and good service.
I normally have nothing but nice things to say, but today I didn't even eat my meal nor did my son. $25.53 wasted my sandwich was crunchy and burnt and my fries were on the crunchy side as well and I just can't believe this my food was salty. It tasted like everything was cooked in the same grease and the grease was old...smh that long wait for nothing. Then you call and they to busy to listen to you.
No refills available. I waited near the register (the typical area to stand and ask for a refill in years past) I was ignored by more than 15 employees doing various jobs. I recognize their job descriptions may not have been to "help customers" but I thought I would at the very least been acknowledged. Two managers stood within half a foot of me and never turned around once. They noticed me but were too busy delegating to inquire. After saying excuse me multiple times and being ignored by the young girl at the cash register while she had a conversation with the managers who were directly in front of me, I turned to walk away without the refill. I was promptly greeted by a young man, I believe to be the lobby attendant, who confirmed refills are not being offered at this time. I wish I had just been acknowledged and told this before I wasted 5 minutes being ignored. Or so that I could have asked for no ice, or kess than a full cup of ice. The prices have gone up, the portion of the kale salad is ridiculous. With it being the healthiest menu item, it should be offered in more than a bite size for $3. Probably will not be back to this location for quite a while,which stinks because it is the closest location to our home and work. Do better Chic Fil A - don't get so busy you fail to do small things, like staying neighborly to your loyal customers.
The food is always good. However, today my sandwich wasn't up to par. Even after taking it back up and getting another one. Also, they've closed the playgrounds. I don't understand why they aren't letting the kids in with mask. Then I was told they might get rid of the playgrounds. I feel that's just wrong. Children don't have enough to do as it is and now the Christian-based restaurant wants to take that away from them. It was good for parents to have meetings and family time.
This Chick-fil-A is one of the better ones in the area. Very consistent with their food but still occasionally miss things, like they did with my order the other day: they gave me a cheese different from what I ordered. I have been to this location many times over the years so my review for their performance is quite accurate.
This Chic fil a location is by far the worst I’ve ever done business with. They continually mess up orders and have piss poor attitudes and customer service after it’s brought to their attention. I’m not really sure if the manager is even competent enough to lead a team. My children love chic fil a and I WAS supportive of the chain for that reason amongst them generally having superior customer service, but i will NEVER visit this location again. I advise anyone who is accustomed to the service that chic fil a is known for to please visit a different location. If I could have left a review with zero stars I would have.
There was a lot of miscommunication, I ordered a deluxe sandwhich and a regular chicken sandwhich with mac and cheese as the sides, a sprite and a sweet tea. I had rewards for a free sandwhich so I used that, somehow they gave me 2 regular sandwhiches, 2 sweet teas, and one mac and cheese. We communicated with Vernon, who took our order that it it was wrong. He preceded to come to our table multiple times and take our sandwichs and look at our receipts. After about the 4th time he came to the table and take our sandwiches I asked for a manager who came out and charged us for the food we didn't receive. The whole place seemed chaotic and disorganized. By the time they gave us the right order my food was cold.
Great service, helpful, and friendly. They currently have one drive through lane which caused some confusion for this newbie to their store. My usual stores have two lanes and this store setup their lane start the same way and when it's time to merge I missed the merge. They were gracious and helped me merge back in. The people in the tiny parking lot were also awesome and were not rude, realizing I was stuck waiting to rejoin the correct lane! I love Chick-fil-A and their Christian attitude!
