I went to this place to order my family some food they told me the only got burgers because they closing in 30 mins .i called the store an an asked the manager her name an she refused to give me her name...i need her to understand she there to do a job if the hours say the close at 12am the need to be open an selling full menu..i will call the store in the morning if nothing is done i will contact someone else up higher

Out of ice, fish chicken sandwich, and onion rings. Cashier was not at the register for customers. Food cold and not good at all. They charge a surge outside of the exchange rate for US$ with no notice posted. And they don't tell you. Will never visit this location pnnthe Hip Strip ever again.
Burn cookies....I never seen chocolate chips cookies that dark...Asked young woman manager....I asked for a exchange for better lookin cookies. ..then she not saying sorry ...She didn't ask me if I wanted another pack for free ..for the inconvenient.....The fast food restaurants will never have the customer service...chick fila has.....I'll pay more for fast food if I know I'm provided great customer service and great food/product!!!Now I hate goin to fast food because of bad customer service...maybe I just need to start cooking my own food @home.....
I just came from burger King stupid female goin to tell me I didn't order how u goin to tell me I didn't order when I was in the drive thru for a whole hour they need to get there facts straight
I gave her my order number and she asked for my name gave my name and she said no order for me. So I had to get out of that long line and I drove around the block and came back and I sit in line for 10 minutes again and gave my order number and she said pulled around. I asked for rewards bonus and they clueless so I gave her my phone she call the manager up and she said I don't need this. So I said I wanted hot potatoes and my rewards is to up my size on drinks or size but they are still clueless so I came home with cold breakfast sandwiches and potatoes plus warm orange juice. So that tells me my order was up the first time I came through drive thru.

Service was fast. However, french toast wasn't as fresh as I like them. I prefer them fresh out the grease because it gives them a crispiness texture, these were soggy.
Prompt drive thru service. Pleasant staff. I ordered the Impossible Whopper meal. It's delicious but it causes stomach pain every time. This was my fourth try.. No more!
