Food was hot and fast. No complaints
I came around there around 9:10, but the manager refuse let me order just because I’m deaf. And saying that I holding up the driving through line while it’s only 3 car behind me, and saying it’s time to close. I already contacted customers service and reported the situation. Other employee told me that the manager being rude to me. I had to speak up for almost 10 mins to let me order. Also I warned them that they would get into trouble for not letting deaf customers order their food. That’s when they finally let me order but the manager doesn’t deserve to work there if you can’t treat deaf and hearing customers fair. So I reported on the manager only not the employee. Again I don’t want it happens to other deaf customers.
All of the people working tonught were absolutely fantastic! I didn't catch any names, but they were just amazing. Honestly the best experience I've ever had at any Burger King.
My boyfriend came to Burger King to pick up a DoorDash order when we approach the mic he informed he had a DoorDash order for the person and the girl on the headset stated ok pull around, once at the window was given the wrong order and the cashier at the window stated “you have to let me know it’s a DoorDash order” then walked away with an attitude. I would like to say for any employees working fast food if you’re going to work at any establishment be professional and courteous and if you can’t QUIT also follow instructions when stated at the drive-thru this isn’t Rocket science even a 10 year knows how to listen and follow instructions! Please as a manager train your employees to be professional and if you see they can’t be that FIRE them, simple.
The experience was professional as expected. I ordered a double stacker, my friend ordered a double Whopper. Fast service, hot and fresh.
What's the point of order pick up if I gotta wait over 30 mins in drive thru?? Need to hire people that want to be there to work maybe....
Not the fastest Burger King but the food is always good and the workers are nice.
I come this location a lot and it seems like they never stay open till 10! I’ve been sitting in this line since 910 and when I pull up to the microphone at 9:38 they tell me “oh system down we closed “ no sorry nothing, but they took the order in front of me and the mobile order behind me like make it make sense.
Food is always fresh and hot! I’ve gotten both fries and onion rings and they were always crispy and just pulled out the fryer. Grease always tastes clean never bitter like some fast food chains. Also has friendly staff (I’ve only been through the drive thru). I’ve also gotten their breakfast, and my comments remain the same!
Restaurant was closed over a half hour early. It seems like this is happening with most fast food. Does the owner realize they're closing so early?
