I rarely eat at this place but my best friend and I swung by today and was servedvery well and politely! A man that goes but the name “Zion” served us. He was very sweet and kind and ready to help up if anything went wrong! I highly recommend him! He was a huge blessing to us.
Buffalo Wild Wings is not bad. It's popular for a reason. But as another review mentioned, if you order through a delivery service they put forth no effort. From handing off the wrong order to delivery drivers, to charging extra for ranch and then not including it with the order... not worth it for how much it costs to have it delivered, especially when you have to go to the restaurant to have it corrected.

BDubs is always good when you go to the restaurant but don’t order it to go on a delivery app. Last time my bf and I ordered from here, they forgot his side order of cheese curds. This time, it was our extra orders of ranch cups (that we paid extra for) and almost no cheese on our cheese fries (in added photo)If you’re craving BDubs, def make the trip to go there. There’s no effort if it’s delivered. Not worth the convenience charge from the delivery apps :((
This b dubs was nasty as hell! Dirty and the service was like they didn't even want us there! It wasn't that busy and our orders where still messed up explain that one. I don't just blame the wait staff because I believe management is more at fault than anyone being they should oversee what's going on. And if it's because your understaffed then limit the amount of people coming in at a time until you can handle it correctly. There is NO excuse for that kind of service! Wonder how corporate would feel if they ate there! I would be ashamed if I were upper management!
The worst place. Husband ordered a Long Island. They put coconut in it?! I ordered Mozerella sticks as an appetizer boneless wings and traditional wings. . They Mozerella sticks were so nasty. Not even 5 minutes after bringing the appetizer They brought out 2 orders of traditional wings. The waiter said he would fix it. Came back and said they didn’t have any cooked and that’s why they gave me traditional. What? So their boneless wings are pre cooked and just heated up. No thanks. I will never go back. Our waiter was great and was honestly trying. The manager on duty was the worst and so rude. He also can’t pour a beer to save his life. I’ve never seen so much foam in a beer. We will never go back!
Tonight was by far the worse experience that I’ve ever had at Buffalo Wild Wings. Originally, I didn’t want to come, but it was for my nephew birthday. The first strike was when we were not greeted for 20 minutes and then when we were finally greeted, the hostess says “just find a seat anywhere that’s clean”. We find a table and we literally were sitting down for 30 minutes and not one waitress greeted us or spoke to us, but one waitress kept circling around us and speaking and assisting every other table but us. I had to find someone and the girl had an attitude and said “I’ll find someone”. She went to “locate” someone and still no one greeted us. We left and went to green turtle. Buffalo Wild Wings service is horrible and I don’t see how they are still operating with service like that. I will also be reaching out to corporate because that’s sad that they even have a restaurant operating like that and the manager was walking around as well and didn’t say anything. I refuse to ever go back there. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

On several occasions I’ve called and they never pick up the phone. This time I decided to go in to dine. I ordered 10piece with wine. Now I don’t normally order wine but the waiter said they were out of liquor. Huh! Okay so Got my order and wine wasnt chilled room temperature. And wings won’t no bigger than my thumb. I guess they only had baby chicks left to kill. What a mess. My meal was a disaster! Left there and got McDonalds. Never again
