I stopped by for a biscuit this morning; even though the hours were posted stating that the dining room was open, the doors were locked.When I went through the drive through, I told them what had happened to me and several other customers. I suggested they put a sign on the door to prevent customers from yanking on them, and I was told "they can yank for all I care." I politely asked why Bojangles felt the need to be so unfriendly to customers; however, the drive through window was slammed shut before I could finish my sentence.I will spend my money elsewhere in the future, and I suggest others do the same. As demonstrated by their attitudes, some of the staff at this location do not need the store to remain open to provide them with an income.
I sat at the drive-thru window for 10+ minutes waiting to make an order and was ignored. This was a good hour after they opened for the day. They weren't busy when I pulled up either, but a line started forming behind me and eventually people just started leaving without ordering. I had to leave to get to work without getting anything. Lousy service.
This place has good tasting chicken, but I'm not one that can eat spicy hot stuff anymore. Other than that the chicken is good.
My go to!! 2pc with mac and cheese and coleslaw...also i got to have my bo berry biscuits

Long line at this location that means service and food must be great which it was the beans and rice I will definitely be back again this was my first time here won't be my last keep up the great work Bojangles
I guess it's just bad timing but I've been wanting to eat here since July of last year. Everytime I go there's an issue with the chicken or they're closed....What the cluck is going on!? I'll change my review when I finally get some chicken! ??
The best fast food place around!! The food is always hot and delicious. Its always fast and the very best part is how nice everyone is. If you are sleepy or grumpy when you get there, you will not be by the time you leave. I will always stop here on my cheat day!!
The one by Nasa is our go to! Always fresh and good! Service is also always good at this one - very polite at the window (I can't STAND the one on Mercury, they are very rude and the food is always old tasting or not fresh)My kids wanted fries and tea, they were fabulous as always! Perfectly seasoned and extra hot and fresh!
I was blown away by Shari- she had a new crew and the drive- thru went down. She made a great command decision to have us come inside. She kept the line going, while helping the crew and the guests. She never panicked or broke stride. This young lady displayed outstanding leadership and is an asset to your organization! GREAT JOB SHARI!
