Drive Thursday only. Did not get my order correct. Was there to purchase a larger order of chicken but had to settle for a 12 pc. Took 20 min to get through the line. Got there at 515 pm and was home at 535 pm. Fries were overly salty. All the sides were cold and I only had a 2 mile drive home. I will have to be hard up for their chicken again.

Guaranteed 30 minute wait at this bojangles. If you pay cash they pocket the cash and only use the register to make change. If you pay credit they skim your card(seriously, it was on the news at this specific location)Went at 11am Saturday, 3/26/22 (first time trying this location in months due to it always being at least a 30 min wait)And 11am they tell us at the drive through "sorry, we're currently not accepting any orders"Not sure what's going on with this specific location, but corporate seriously needs to take a look.

If there was a 0 star option, I would select that. Sat in drive through for 20 minutes the line did not move. The staff was sitting around talking and laughing. I left because there were 10 cars ahead of me none of which were served with in 20 minutes. On top of all that the dining area is still closed. They need better management.

They always get your food wrong, employees don't care very much so make sure you check your order in the drive thru as inside. Every time I've gone they still get orders wrong. Other than that the food is okay, nothing special the fries are never seasoned enough. Just check your order before you leave.

As you can see in the subject line, well over twenty dollars were spent here and the equated level of service rendered by two young males at this establishment was SO subpar, its leading me to blog about it. So let's go. On a weekday, tired from work myself and not wanting to cook, as a PROUD native of N.C., we opted to stop by BoJ for some grub. (Mind you I have not stopped to this site in over 7 years). One car, was in front of us in the drive-thru. ONE. We sat at the speakerbox for almost 4 minutes before any worker spoke to us. We ordered a MEAL (with two sides). This was clearly conveyed during our "time to speak". The worker replied with a TOTAL that was in the teens - (obvious to us, they run up a BOX and not the MEAL). So now, for the THIRD time, we're aiming to get a MEAL. So the young person - "sighed" YELLED out to us to "Pull up to the window". Our reply, was did you get the MEAL (and sides) we ordered? Now, even more huffing and puffing ensued, but the turning point was when this guy said something along the lines of "You know what? in a very strong and sarcastic tone. (UNACCEPTABLE and DEVOID of any fiber of customer service). be in in person, the store, or via the speakerbox. We started to drive off, but opted to make it a teaching moment to this young person. As we reached the window, a guy opened it - and stated he was NOT the one on the speaker. Then retreated off and away from the window. A female worker then appeared and KEPT uttering the total to us. Prior to rendering any payment, I called on God - (to calm both me and them, for them to not taint our food , and for an understanding to be had by all). He did just that. (This female worker indicated she was a manager and would not JUMP all over the lad.) That was never conveyed by us as a request. I simply asked is that the NORM at this location? Also, if she planned to TALK with him about the lack of good TONE usage). I asked her was she the franchise? She replied no. (I had already deduced that). It's my HOPE whomever the franchise is, they read this and implement SOME quality training of their staff at this location. The FOOD - was not in the typical BJ containers. They were all white. The rice was very, VERY greasy, the rolls were hard. The slaw and bird was tasty like normal. The jug of tea, was dirty / leaking on the outside of it. I will opt to WAIT until back in the Tarheel state to have BJ again. This franchise was a let down.

Will never go to this Bojangles again. To starts it took 6 mins in line with two cars ahead of me to place my order. Once order was placed was told there was a wait for cajan filet biscuits for 5 mins. 20 minutes later I stil did not received my order and no update was given. The one employee at the window was rude. The only positive was the young lady they processed my refund.

Infinitesimal amounts of Empathy…Bojangles on Mercury, in Hampton, Va, sold out of chicken, yet was able to make more for me… When you work customer service in the food industry, it’s thankless. During the pandemic, it was dangerous. But like the comeback kid, fast food restaurants, survived, and thrived and not just because of customers.Management had empathy and it showed in the employees care towards my food.Thank you!!!!

When you get to the window to pay and pick up your food everyone walking around with coats on and dirty looking coats while cooking and serving food. They never have chicken or the machine is down not taking orders. Went there after 1:30 p.m. and still serving breakfast because they didn't have chicken. Bojangles used to be the best chicken place but folks who don't care about customer service or service are working and don't about how they serve the food to the public. It's the manager fault because how they operate is how thier staff will operate.

After 30 min wait (not mad about that, it was a Friday evening) I got a family 8 piece meal. Get home, prepare plates, get mashed potatoes plated, open the gravy bowl... its Mac and cheese. I dont know how hard it is over there at this location, but last time I got home and had a completely different order. Check your food there, every container. Someone else got home to eat their Mac and cheese and was disappointed worse than I was.

This particular location really needs to do better. Twice I've gone there early morning and got no response from drive thru so I left. Last week I tried drive thru later in the day and they were out of food. .
