The chicken sandwich was good BUT cold. The cheese was not melted, Only two chicken tenders. They charged us $3 for a small drink that said $1 on the menu. They are scamming people. Also the girl was extremely rude. She is very lucky I didn't step out my car. If my fiance was not with me, I would have. Had never been to Arby's but was excited to try the recently added hot wings.Well let's make this short. The wings were cold and barely sauced. Hard pass!! Also tried the chicken sandwich. It was also cold with not tomato like the picture and was literally 2 chicken tender with cold cheese. I tried to put it on my dash to melt the cheese but this was a good as I got. Arby's is an epic failure. Can't believe they were even featured on the food that built America. Don't waste your time. Nice people horrible quality, preparation and taste

Understaffed I can understand. Being lied to...no?Was told Id get 'FRESH' fries and fish. What I got was cold fries and lukewarm fish.Shame I have to drive to Warwick for actual scortching hot food??
Drive thru almost always takes over 10 minutes to just get to the window. The slider bread was on the harder side and dry. American cheese or provolone cheese should be used as not everyone likes Swiss cheese. The jamocha shake didn't have chocolate sauce dripped in the cup, no whipped cream and no chocolate sauce on the missing whipped cream. To top it off, I couldn't even get a couple of extra Arby's sauce packets with the cashier saying that she put the allowed quantity.
Great food as always, hot and fresh! Today, the workers at the drive-thru window were joyful and polite! What a treasure to be served and communicated with in an above-expectations way! Thank you. It made my drive home so much better. ?
The drive thru, employees were extremely, rude. When I questioned the price, of the order, she was extremely upset, when I asked the price of the second order, this is out of the ordinary for customer service, and should be addressed. I won't be visiting there, again. These two young ladies, need to find other employment.???
Manager was very unprofessional and extremely rude. Obviously having a bad day. She doesn’t deserve to manage a freeze pop stand. I will never return to this location as long as you have people employed like this woman. This happened on 1/21/2022 at around 1:40 pm. I was about to order over 50 dollars worth of food but because of this extremely unprofessional lady I decided to go elsewhere
The drive thru is always extremely slow and they're constantly running out of things. I often have a better chance of driving all the way to the kiln creek location and getting back before I would get through the line here
Arbys in Hampton off mercury needs new employees. The ones they have taking the orders are very rude. Their tone is very disrespectful. Makes you want to take your money elsewhere. No one picked your job you did. If you don’t like it quit. Attitude isn’t necessary during these times. Work on your customer service skills or get a whole new crew.
