Applebees was definitely the best that they could be today.Everything pictured is what we ate today. The food literally swept us all off of our feet.The server named Aaron did a phenomenal job...I will be back for sure.
After coming to this location twice, I’ve had one good & one bad encounter. The first time I decided to sit at the bar, not too long after a waterbug appeared on the bar. With my company screaming out, the bartender killed the insect on the bar. She apologized multiple times and sanitized the area. The second time I visited was perfect, no complaints. However the third time, April 22nd 2022 9:06 pm. I sat at the bar and was asked for ID, After showing. The manager( Chris Annis ) explained the ID ( drivers license ) doesn’t look like me. I then continued to show him my regular ID card along with my college identification card. All same name, all same information. He still wasn’t convinced and refused my services. He went on to say if I had a bank card that’ll convince him. However I wasn’t paying with my bank card. I left and went to my car to get the bank card that also has my name and he said he didn’t feel comfortable. I went to ask for corporate number and he stated that he is corporate. As embarrassing and humiliating this situation was, this will be my last time visiting.
Love Applebees but this one kind of sucks. I’ve given it multiple chances and have been disappointed each time. The restaurant is dirty and takes far too long to bring out food. If you order out food is forgotten or under/over cooked.
I understand that Covid has made it so that many places are short staffed let me say that first. Unfortunately, this location didn’t have in my opinion a manager that knew how to manage. The young lady working the To-go section was told to take our order and act as our waitress while still having to answer and put together the to-go orders. It took over an hour for our table to get our food. We watched others come in and get seated and then receive their meals in a somewhat reasonable amount of time. The to-go waitress did her best given the lack of support from management on a Sunday afternoon. She asked the manager to come over to our table. He had no idea what was going on and simply stated that they had someone call out. After calmly informing what transpired he told us that lunch was on him.
This visit was great. Shout out to the chef the food was absolutely amazing. Everything tasted delicious and was done right the first time. Our waiter was great and the atmosphere gave me life. Please keep it up!!
Terrible experience, do not go…I sat at the bar and was completely ignored until I asked for a menu. My beer tasted funky, so clearly they don’t clean their taps. The whole bar area was messy. The bartender’s name was Vanessa and she was extremely unprofessional. She grabbed the glasses from the inside…disgusting. This service was literally the most ratchet I’ve ever experienced in my life. Kind of hilarious but save your money and don’t go to this Applebees.
Service was understandably slow being a holiday and short staffed. The appetizer was delivered AFTER our entrées. My steak, ordered medium, was almost raw. Sent it back, and the replacement was well done. Took forever to get drink refills.
Server is excellent and will be really missed while she is out having her baby. Very friendly, polite and remembers us when we arrive.
The meals were tasty. One of the two salads was not as well prepared and was a little skimpy on the serving size.
We came late night, the food was great, our server Isabel was awesome I think they were short staffed unfortunately (like everywhere) but she did awesome and handled it great.
