Was craving Italian wedding soup and spaghetti and this place popped up on Door Dash as having both! It is sooo good! The things that keep it from being 5 star: I'm not sure how much of the food is actually hand-made, because I also got the cheese fries and they looked and tasted kinda like McDonald's fries, and the Italian soup tasted very similar to the canned version from a store. But honestly I don't care, and I will continue to order the same things because it was so delicious. The biggest con is just with Door Dash, on there the prices are higher for the same items, so I recommend just going in person if you don't want to pay $2-4 extra per item you order!
The Guyanese girl that works at the counter is super rude every time we visit. Always has an attitude and is never friendly. They should really reconsider having her as their customer service person as she is the one who greets everyone and handles the orders. The other associates are anyways so nice. Unfortunately this particular girl was rude one to many times, we won't be returning solely for this reason.
I have always enjoyed coming to this location but yesterday not so much due to the rude attitude with the lady behind the counter. I was put on hold for 18 min with the phone laid down so I could here everything going on when I arrived at the restaurant still on hold the rude nasty attitude I was met with was awful as if I had done something wrong and was asked “well did you want to order” no true apology was made she said as I could see they were busy which was one table with a few customers..not very good business ethics
Paid $73 for a meal for my family. We received everything but my food. Instead of them calling us saying they didn't have it or even letting me know they didn't have my food before I left. They let me leave& have to drive back to the restaurant. Then say oh we didn't have it once I get there to figure out where was my food. Like who does that. They didn't have neither of the entrees I ordered. But I won't be eating there again. Make sure you check your food before you leave or call to see what they have first before you place an order. I'm so furious about this.
Extremely disappointed in the customer service I received tonight. I ordered on doordash as a Valentine’s Day dinner. At one point, doordash switched my dasher. The new dasher was told that the old dasher already picked up the order (I cannot confirm or deny because I never received the order). They claimed they could not remake the order. I called Anna’s, and the young lady again told me the order cannot be remade unless doordash resubmits it, this was at 8:51pm and they close at 9. I specifically said “if I can get doordash to contact you within the next 10 minutes will you remake the order?” to which she answered very clearly, “Yes.” I then proceed to contact doordash, who makes successful contact with Anna’s, however Anna’s tells the doordash representative that they cannot make the order because they are closing soon (it was 8:57pm, less than 10 minutes after I spoke with Anna’s). If they were uninterested in remaking the order, the restaurant should have cancelled the order once the problem arose instead of wasting my time as my backup restaurants began to close.
Delish the pizza is authentic reminded me of a NY Slice and I'm from NY so I know ...also the small calzone is huge good for 2 people lots of cheese. ...will go there again I def recommend and nice staff to top it off
Not worth it.Food cane VERY late. Took over an hour for 1 pizza. It was good however it ate it up and still wasn’t full
Was not only given this and more that was burnt and by the way this is chicken Philly not beef it’s just burnt ? the “manager” Christina was very unprofessional and ignorant rude and disrespectful at its best! Food and management experience was the worst! Not o it would I never eat there again to trust my food with people I. That manner but I will also make sure I share this is every platform to bring awareness to others
My wife ordered delivery and the driver made it to the restaurant on time, but the restaurant still hasn't gotten the food out almost 30 mins later! If you can't handle delivery orders, maybe you should stop offering them.Update:Not only were they extremely late, they also didn't give the driver my entire order, so some of us have to make alternative meal plans..
The Lasagna my Momma had was okay, in her words. I had the Pizza Margherita, but it seemed to be missing a key ingredient, Basil. Overall, the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff very friendly. Would try again.
