The food is really tasty...got the whiting salad...yet they tried to give me catfish..the customer service could use improvement as they tend to make assumptions about people...please check your receipt to be sure they have the correct order..a great plus...the prices are good...wanna try again just to give a better rating...and see if CS is better
They were OK. But I've had better at another location. They kinda lack customer service skills. I ordered 5 whole wings and when I got home it was so much grease at the bottom that I was actually turned off so I only ate one. I'll airfry the others later should I get hungry. I don't like the breading they use either and I'm not really a picky eater. Things like chicken wings you cannot rush in cooking. And to be honest I feel like they rushed them. My partner had a steak and cheese sub, that was OK too. I probably won't return to this location.
They have a 2 piece fish and 5 piece special for 13.99. The man just charged me 9.99 for the fis special and 5.99 for the shrimp and told me it's the same thing and it doesn't matter. He wouldn't adjust the price because I already paid and the food is almost done. Took my refund and left.
My only compliant is being out of coleslaw more times than normal to me. Other than that I like the food.
If I’m paying adjusted prices for the current change in the poultry industry for the wings. I think it is fair for the clients to get as much sauce as they want.. next time have a sign that states minimum sauces.. staff should be more friendly.
I just ordered their wings and they were disgusting. I couldn't even eat them.

Food was eh, fries were ok, basic fries, mozzarella stickers were pretty good, I also got wings but I couldn’t really eat them as they tasted 3 to 4 days old, ranch smelled expired and tasted disgusting. I also got a soda that had an aftertaste of sink water

I usually don’t give bad reviews I just do not go back to the establishment but tonight was the worst experience I’ve ever had I could give them no stars I would so the one star is way more than what they deserve. Nevertheless you do not have to worry about me Giving you another penny of my money!!! But the sad part is he act as if He was doing me a favor when it is the other way around.
