We came in on a busy Thursday night. Our server, Ben came and greeted us with a smile right away. Food was delicious, came out quickly and Ben was extremely friendly and attentive. He checked on us frequently despite being busy with several other tables. It’s not that often these days that you get top notch service at a restaurant in the Richmond area, but Ben was busting his butt the whole time to make sure he would go above and beyond and provide everyone with great service. To sum it: Delicious food, top notch service, will definitely now be repeat customers and will ask for Ben.

We won't be returning to this location. My husband's and my steaks were switched, so they took them back to fix it. Not a big deal, it happens. When they brought them back out our medium rare steaks were raw! We both like steak more on the red side, but we couldn't even eat them. We had to take them home to cook them more. Our server however was pleasant. On our way out of the restaurant there was another customer explaining the same problem to the manager.

The food here is delicious, as well as the drinks. Received excellent service. Sometimes it may be a bit crowded but well worth the wait and price

This is our "go to" for a great steak, even though we have to drive over an hour to get there! We arrived Sunday at 2:30 pm and were surprised at how packed it was! Our wait was only 15 minutes and the online wait list/check in process is super smooth. It seemed our server, Valeria, was triple-sat but she was awesome! Very efficient, and so pleasant! Our meal arrived and everything was cooked perfectly and delicious. Yet another reason why this is where we will always go for a great steak with awesome service!

You can pick your own steaks here while you wait. It is very busy so you may have to wait. Last time I had a Caesar salad that was great - as good as I've ever had. The steaks, of course, are the stars. Excellent sides. Mostly booth seating. Noisy, not for a quiet romantic evening. It can be a little hard to find, but it is past the theater, by itself, if you're coming from Brook Road (Rt 1)..

Great dinner with friends. Server was very nice and took good care of us. Appetizers and main courses came out in a timely manner. Steaks and ribs were great as always, cooked to order perfectly. Overall great experience.

Goodness, where do I start! The servers were nice but everything was sticky, the table, the glass that had the drink, everything! we waited forever to get water then it was 1 glass of water with 2 straws (there were 2 of us). Everything showed up cold, fries were soggy, steak and shrimp were seasoned well. Cocktails were decent. I am 100% not going to any Texas road house ever again lol this was bad. The salad tasted like it's from last year?. We also went at the end of the night so this may be a contributing factor certainly not an excuse

To go order. There was nothing good about it. Steaks were suppose to be well done and med/well. They were both rare, the salads had a lot of brown. The ranch dressing had "chunks" of something so I just threw it away.. The order was suppose to be ready at 4:15 turned into 4:45. This location really gives Texas Road house a bad name. It was bad enough the order was ready 30 minutes late but then having to throw most of it away is ridiculous. Money down the drain

I used to love this place. The past 4 visits ordering a steak medium has come WELL done. I HATE sending food back but with this place I have to. I even started to order medium rare.. again well done. My girlfriend is astonished always. I watch her cut into hers before mine every time to compare. She gets a perfect medium. Very inconsistent cooks.

We had the largest cut of sirloin steak they offer with salads and baked potatoes,the steaks were cooked close to the way we ordered but extremely salted for some reason? The potatoes were very good and the salads were pretty good, our server was a very nice and friendly gentleman however he had so many tables and people to take care of that our service was not good, I feel we spent a lot of money for what we received
