The last time I checked, foot long refers to 12 inches. My sub, in the paper wrap was barely 11 inches. Website said onions & peppers grilled to perfection-both were raw and over done. Had 2x the raw veggies to everything else. And being red onions, way too strong. I keep thinking one day I will enjoy something from Subway...
You have to be kidding me. I hate leaving just one star but I couldn't leave a review unless I at least left something. My order was late arriving and I text the driver asking why and where are you because I got notification it was already delivered. After two texts to "the driver" I received a call from said "driver." He was trashed, meaning drunk, high, tripping or and all the above. He was lost ..... around the side of my building. After almost 30 mins. later, I have to go meet him, after...I requested "NO CONTACT!" My sandwiches were smashed!!! I will never order from them again. The Steak and Cheese was overloaded with raw peppers and deep inside the bun I could find some melted meat. Soooo disappointed in Subway now. I immediately called the store but no one has answered up until I had to go to bed for WORK in the early am!
Watched them pick a moving black speck (not sure what kind of bug it was) out of the lettuce. When I asked for a new bucket of lettuce the manager began yelling at me telling me not to boss their workers around.

Tried to get Subway today but they are closed due to no staff. Very frustrating so I drove to another Subway which is also closed. At least this one had a sign explaining why.

It's Sat morning ? and I'm freezing at -2. They were supposed to open at 9am and it's 915 no one turned up. The staff is usually terrible here. They give an impression that they're least bothered to serve.
The staff at this location is the worst, they are not educated enough to understand what is a part of the menu and what not and they want to charge additional if for anything they feel like is additional.. like I asked for a chicken bacon ranch, the staff argues with me that bacon is additional and you have to pay extra for that.. worst customer service ever..
Went to pick up a DoorDash order at 8:15 on 1/06. The two women working had already locked the door when the hours on the door say 9. I was knocking on the door and calling the store and the ladies would just look at me and turn away, giving me zero explanation. I waited in the cold for ten minutes just trying to pick up the order, and they refused to say a word to me, answer the phone, or give me any sort of acknowledgment and continued mopping. Horrible service.
