I just had the worst presenting and tasting ribbon crunch Frappuccino. She put on counter I had to take several napkins to clean the cup and counter off of the drink. As shown in pictures 1 squirt of caramel, very light crunch. Little caramel in bottom of cup and when I took a drink all liquid. Then rest was crunch ice with little flavor. My husband had the cold brew nitro with vanilla sweet cream. He said it tasted like cold black coffee. You know what was good? Their cake pops! My daughter had a strawberry drink and hers was perfect. Over $30 and I took pics of what we left in cup because it just wasn’t even remotely tasty.
The service was fast, the staff was friendly and the drinks are delicious! I really like the layout of the place as well. We were greeted multiple times including by a manager or something working on her computer. It was nice to see she took that time to wish us a good day. Now it's rare for me to give 5 stars and now I'll tell you why I did.... they package their old grounds and set them out for people to take them for free to put in their garden. That is amazing! I have never seen a coffee shop do that and this is the first Starbucks I've seen do it. Bravo! Way to give to your community and support recycling! Very impressed!
Friendly staff and they really hustle to get orders fulfilled. Drive thru can really back up but that’s pretty normal now days for most high volume stores.
There are only 2 Starbucks in the Ashland /Glenn Allen area that have never messed up my order. This one and the East Parham location. It's always made exactly how it'ssuppose to taste. Everyone else burns the espresso.
This location typically sports an insanely long line that meanders through a parking lot but it moves quickly and the baristas are always super pleasant to deal with.
Been here once, the taste is great and the service was excellent. The ambience was perfect to meet and have coffee with my friends while having small chat.
Pulled up to the drive threw, ask if this is where I order, after no answer, waited in line, and was told that I just drove threw. Waited about 9 min in the line for 2 cars (I think two, there is a corner) and was told that I drove past it.I was then told that they cannot take the order from the window by a anorexic blond girl. Sad to see the laziness of the future generation. And even more so the service at Starbucks has gone rapidly down hill.... all I wanted was a cup of drip coffee...
I got a pumpkin cream cold brew grande. Which I have bought from this location several times. But this time they didn’t put the usual amount of cream. And I told the guy that handed me my $5 drink that and he said it must of mixed into the coffee… and turned and walked away… 1st for me! I thought that was rude for one.. and when I spend $5 on a black coffee and cream drink I do have expectations.. the picture below the cream got on the lid but it is not filled to the lid. It’s just the very top of the drink. This was on 10/30/21 at 10:46 am.
Yummy! One of my favorite Starbucks, if only I lived in town - I’d be a regular! Great customer service and always delicious drinks.
LONG EMOTIONAL AND HEARTFELT REVIEW: I went there this evening and it was the best decision ever. I always go every once in a while. I’m a high school senior/ college athlete along with me working a part time job. This week and this particular day has been rough. Their service was so great. I stayed to catch up on some work and I gave them a a half-ripped sticky note about how good they were doing and this is what I needed because of me being down. As one associate came to my table and offered me a free snack and drink, I hear the other associates in the background saying “this is so sweet” “this is the nicest thing someone has said to us, we should hang it up” it really brought happy tears to my eyes. This evening was exactly what I needed. I commend them for all their hard work
