I would give zero if I could. Just went here to get a grape cream slush (grape slush with ice cream in it). I’ve gotten these for years. They brought me a grape slush- no ice cream. Not a problem-I sent it back and explained what the issue was. In fact, I tipped 5$ on a 5$ bill. About thirty minutes go by and some kid comes out with not only a grape slush- but the exact slush I sent back. Zero changes. I then push the button again to tell them and the lady tells me they don’t do grape cream slushes- only watermelon. I said “you…can’t put a scoop of ice cream in a grape slush?” She said “nope”.Would have been awesome to know they do not have the ability to put a dollop of ice cream in anything but watermelon slushes before I wasted 45 minutes in a car with my toddler. I’ve never heard anything more asinine from a fast food employee and anything that even comes close to this has come from Sonic. Not even just this one- all of them have issues.

Had an off experience a few months ago where I placed an order in the app, pulled up to the stall to collect it, and after waiting 5 minutes got an alert that the restaurant was closed and my order would be canceled. It was the middle of the day. Other patrons were using the drive thru and pulling into stalls and receiving service. I was not refunded for my order.Tonight, we ordered dinner through doordash. We received an order that contained the wrong size drinks, wrong size tots, and was missing a whole burger. The burger that actually came in the order was not what we had ordered either - was missing bacon and had condiments on it that we did not request. Filed a complaint eoth DoorDash and at least got a credit, but this is yh last time I'll patronize this particular location.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger toaster combo that did not come with an onion ring on the sandwich which is specifically why I ordered the sandwich. I’m aware this may sound petty but it’s true. Perhaps y’all were out of onion rings? Maybe so but should have let the me know so that I could have ordered something else. If I pay the full amount for an item I expect to get ALL of what I paid for.

Ordered on the app have never had an issue until today. Once I checked in, we waited for 15 minutes and still had no food. People that pulled up after us were getting their food. When I approached the door to question about my order, they wanted to look at me like I have 3 heads. Then when they finally gave me my order, they gave me the wrong size drink. I was trying to make sure I had everything, and someone approached me telling me I was wrong. Horrible customer service….

This place is the worst I have ever been to, the manager didn't care, and I ordered shakes over the intercom thing with a LIVE BUT BRAIN DEAD PERSON with mix-ins and got home, had to call and asked where the SNICKERS WERE... OH WE'VE BEEN OUT OF THEM FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS, DO WE PUT OREO INSTEAD....HUH? If I wanted Oreo don't you think I would have ORDERED IT??? Well you can drive back and we can make something diffrent..... Im home and its 18 miles each way...... SO NO THANKS..... I JUST WANT A REFUND, ..... oh you will have to come back for that to happen.....THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WOULD SPEND 31.31 ON A MEAL FOR THE 3 OF US EVER AGAIN HERE..... SAVE YOUR MONEY DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

Sunday one of the busiest days and they are going yo say they are only accepting cash.. So now I have to settle for something else because it would forever to go get cash out and come back since it is as busy as it is,..

Chicken sandwich had basically no chicken in it. Was pretty foul to be honest. Drinks and fried pickles were good though. This should never qualify as chicken.

The food was hot and delicious. We didn't have a very long wait and our order was correct. Our server was even on flashy roller skates and crushing the game!

Dine in outside was fast, food was great. The machines don't work to well. Heads up if your using an app order on that so you can get the deals and perks it's not offered if you order regular on their screens.

*Update*I visited this sonic and ordered a breakfast burrito. I ordered it without sausage. I actually had a decent experience customer service wise. I get home and start eating my food. Before I finish the burrito I find strategically placed pieces of sausage. I say strategically placed bc the appearance of the burrito didn't show sausage hanging out. I also say that because I didn't reach sausage until I was almost finished the burrito. I'll live obviously but that's bs. I didn't pay for that type of experience. Those are the type of immature kids you employ. Don't mess with people's food because everyone doesn't write reviews.
