Pretty tasty. I felt like we spent more than our sandwiches were worth. Definitely not a daily go-to because of the price.
Literally- the BEST steak and cheese I've EVER tasted. The owner is a pleasure to do business with and this is coming from a steak and cheese junkie lol. The large sub is easily enough for two adults!
chicken cheese steak sandwich was great! i recommended the sandano version with peppers, onions n mushrooms. owner was amazingly generous and gave me a free small extra sandwich to take to me wife who was taking a nursing test today. super nice guy. great service and food. will def come back if in the area again.
The Philly cheesesteak is amazing. Very fresh, fully loaded with steak and vegetables. Be sure to eat when it is still warm, because it is so fresh and juicy. 12 inch is large enough for 3 of us. Don’t even want to try others without ordering the philly.The boss is very nice and professional. I hope he will find some stuff. Been there twice, and he is the only guy doing all the job.It is not super big, but the designer definitely has a good taste.They have special promotions everyday.
These cheesesteaks are so delicious! Plus the owner always treats us with respect and is incredibly nice. He always accommodates for our requests and does so with such sincerity. We have been going here for awhile and each time the food and service is always excellent. Highly recommend!!!
This was the best cheese steak sandwich that I've had outside of Philadelphia. The cheese was melted perfectly, the onions were perfectly cooked, the meat was fresh and delicious. This is my new cheese steak spot!!
I was craving a philly cheesesteak today so I decided to stop by Sandano's for the first time, and ordered the Sandano Cheesesteak. It was delicious!! The owner (I think) was super nice and helpful, and the service was quick and amazing. The 12" is also huge and STUFFED and could probably feed 3 (not insanely hungry) people. Will definitely be my go-to place here in Glen Allen whenever I crave another cheesesteak :)
We will definitely be coming back again. Fresh and well seasoned Mushroom Cheesesteak. The portions were enough to feed 3 people with the 12”. I’m glad my wife is driving home because I’m about to be in a food coma…
I love this place, the quality of the sandwiches are A1. They load the bread and man don't get me talking about the bread. He uses the real Amarosa rolls for the subs. If you know, you know! Then there is The Reubens! If this is not the best it's one of the best reuben sandwiches I ever ate. Well enough talking, I done talked myself inside there for dinner tonight. Yes can I get a order of "I can't make my mind up from all these choses."
Great old school deli subs. Owner is very community oriented. Brings me back to my Philadelphia cold cuts days!
