Great experience. This is my first time here . The wait staff and manager this evening were amazing. Fast service and everyone took the time to stop by to make sure we were taken care of.Miranda was our waitress and the managers name was Mark. Keep up the good work, we will be back.
Had a great experience, always go every birthday either it’s for parents or myself . Waitresses Kat did an amazing job . Kept fries on deck , and water to drink every step of the way . Bacon cheeseburger was 10/10 .
Food was great BUT…while COVID rates are declining, restaurant needs to be more responsible in these times. Spread people throughout the restaurant to avoid transmission and minimize staff contact. We arrived early to avoid crowds but shortly after we seated, they filled every table around us while the other 2/3 of restaurant was totally empty. Also please tell waitstaff not to linger at table without mask.
This place is great for family dining because of the endless fries and drinks. I feel like they were skimpy on the bacon and onion straws on my burger. Nice and clean atmosphere.
I do take advantage, ok, well, we all take advantage of the bottomless steak fries when we're really ravished. Kids are getting old enough for the adult menu so we really enjoy a good burger and with the 10th on free... I mean, it just makes for good food and a good time...
Had lunch at the Virginia Center location after a soccer tournament. There were 15 in our party. Barbra (that's how it was spelled on her name tag) was an awesome server. In leas than 10 minutes our entrées were making their way to our table. She also knew how to handle a party with kids and how sneaky they can be asking for more refills. ?
Jen Stuart Red Robin. We placed a curbside order over the phone and somehow the order got lost in the system and placed for 2 hrs later.. HOWEVER, the lovely lady working curbside on 12/29 (night time) was amazing and went above and beyond to figure out what happened to our order and get it sorted out. She came out to our car multiple times to keep us in the loop and was an absolute sweetheart. Kudos to her!
The hamburgers were great. The service was good. Was disappointed The basket of fries they use to give you while you waited for your food is evidently no more. They do have additional fries after your order has arrived if you would like more. Just disappointed with the change. Now they are just like most of their competitors like Texas road house. They serve up fries with the order as well. At least I'd get bread there while I wait
Nice location. Seated quickly. Friendly host. Food was hot and fresh. Server was a bit inattentive at times but sweet. Reasonable prices. Freckled lemonade was very bland and flat.
Typically skip Red Robin but seemed like to only place within walking distance from my hotel to get a beer and a meal. I was maybe one of 3 dining in. Burger was cooked perfectly, beer cold, not much to ask for.
