Ok we were regular customers and probably changing for good and will stop recommending them. The last 3 times we have ordered we are told 45min to 1hour and I call at hour and half mark or just late by 45 min on average now. Just made another order today friday March 4th 22 and was told 45min to a hour. It's a about a hour and half no food, so I call and they tell me it was their fault food hasn't left yet and that it will be another 35min tell it gets there. Couple min past and guy calls me back to say he didn't write down my address and promptly asked for it again. The really bad thing is he says it's his fault but doesn't offer a solution or to discount anything for "his fault", this place is starting to have some of the worst customer service I have seen in a long time.
Ordered food at 6:14 and got an estimated time of delivery between 7-7:15pm…..at 8:10pm food was still not delivered even after I called at 7:22pm and was told he was “on the way”….not the first time but definitely the last time I ever order from Rapid. Absolutely ridiculous that you have to wait 2 hours for food when I live less than 5 miles from there restaurant.
That is where I buy my Spaghetti with meat sauce. You get 2 garlic rolls and a small salad. They usually give me enough for 2 meals. This is the only place I buy my pasta. Excellent food.
ordered for 530, it showed up an hour early while I was at the store and the order was wrong
Have ordered from these guys two time in the last 2 months...neighborhoods recommended them. Both times they haven't started preparing food when I get there and I have to wait while they fix it. Taste is average. Plenty of pizza places in Glen Allen and Lakeside that know how to run a business...these folks are clueless.
Ordered online for delivery and the estimated time was about an hour. Much to my surprise, the food was at my door in less than 30 mins. The delivery driver was friendly and the food was wrapped up perfectly, so it wouldn’t spill. They even put Saran Wrap around the pasta dish and put a piece of cardboard under it. If you’ve never had the breakfast pizza, try it. You’ll love it. I also got the pasta carbonara for the first time. I can’t say enough good things about it. Delicious, hot and fresh. I am pleased with Rapid yet again and I highly recommend them.
Unbelievable flavor on all items we ordered. Calzone, spaghetti, and salads were outstanding. On top you have excellent service, nice inside dining at a price you will appreciate. Owners are available to make sure you are more than satisfied. Server was hard working and pleasant. Way to go!
Great pizza. Especially the white pizza and the meat pizza. Not a fan of the baked speghetti. Needs more cheese.
They say you shouldn't get burgers from a pizza point. What the hell do they know? The burgers were juicy and flavourful, I will be ordering them again.
