My husband and I tried this barbecue for the first time and are disappointed. We ordered the 1# pork barbecue which is “family size” and listed as 3-4 servings. It’s $20 for the meat, however we opened the bag upon getting home and it’s tiny! I don’t see how this can be classified as 3-4 servings at all… we got it hoping we would have enough for leftovers, but that’s doubtful! No matter how good the bbq is, I just can’t justify paying $20 for this small of an amount.
Ordered delivery. We weren’t super hungry so I split a pork sandwich, beans, Mac n cheese, pineapple, and hush puppies with my husband and young kids. Had banana pudding dessert to. Just what we needed. Would love to go back and try the pork ends.
I have never been disappointed with my food from this restaurant. Their prices are fantastic and their serving sizes are more than enough. Everything is so fresh and delicious. The potato salad is always homemade. I have never gotten so many onion rings from any other restaurant. The pulled chicken sandwich is my favorite and pork bbq ribs are good too.
I used to love Q so it pains me to write this. We stopped for our favorite ribs. They have changed something in how they are made. These went from one of my favorite ribs to I will probably never eat here again. The beans just tasted like pork and beans straight from the can. Overall a very bad experience. I will say the potato salad was good but that was about the only good thing we had.
Whoever runs this place is BEYOND unprofessional!! I continued to receive emails despite hitting the unsubscribe button on them multiple times, so I responded directly to an email and requested they stop! What I received back was hands down the most unprofessional and childish response I’ve ever received from a company. “Hey Mike. I took you off of our mailing list since you could not find the Unsubscribe link. (Again I found it repeatedly and yet continued to receive emails). But you seemed to easily find the reply link. And please don’t return to our restaurants either. Thanks.” The last childish comment was also unnecessary as I decided months ago that I was not returning after back to back negative experiences including choking on a quarter sized bone in my pork sandwich and ridiculously salty food. While I am aware that finding good help in the service industry is a rarity, this goes well beyond just poor service! There are FAR better BBQ places in the area! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
Q Barbeque absolutely deserves a 5-star! Their place is so fantastic! The whole place is so amazing, full of awesome staff and managers, and also you can absolutely find in this place the best food you will ever have. Their menu is so big, so many flavors, and different kind of barbeques. Once you visit here you will absolutely love their service, the staff will greet you once you enter the place, and even guide you inside. They are so kind, they really care to all of their customers, and they will really accommodate you while you are waiting for your orders and until you finish your food. They are so nice and helpful. They really made the experience so much better. This place has the best barbeque I have ever had in my whole life. The bonus is their place is really near to my area, I can visit their place anytime I want, and also so easy to find. It was really a pleasure that this Q Barbeque is near in the area I lived. I really love their place, this spot never disappoints, and their place is really amazing. I will come back here again when I have some free time. Will also continue to recommend their place to all of my friends and family. They literally have everything. Thank you Q BBQ! You are great! Kudos to all of you!
Delicious BBQ. I got the Pulled Pork sandwich with a side of potato salad and my husband got half rack of ribs with baked beans. Service was warm and welcoming, place was very clean. Will definitely go back.
The Burnt ends were fabulous and fatty! The collards were amazing and the Pineapple stuff was great, give this place a try! Wish we had one in Morgantown WV also the service was exceptional!!!
Fast, friendly staff. Food is amazing. Worth the price. Will definitely be making trips here again in the future.
Went in tonight for dinner and had a fantastic experience. Our waitress Taylor knew the menu well and made our first experience even better. I ordered a pork sandwich which was piled high with meat and the sides were phenomenal. Will be coming back soon!
