Sandwiches are delicious. Cookies are perfect. Portions are great. Staff is always super friendly. We love this place!
I love potbelly! They have awesome soups and the chicken sandwich is top notch! I work a lot in DC and look forward to eating lunch there as often as I can! Definitely recommend it ?
I waited a good 30 min for a pick up order that only consisted of two pack of chips and a veggie melt. Upon arrival I was told “it’s almost ready”. As I stood on the side I watched people come in after me, wait with me and leave before me. I watched a busy lunch line of customers who arrived 10min into me waiting , order and leave . I’m sure I’d still be waiting if I never left . I’m pretty sure I know as to why I wasn’t treated with the same urgency and customer service as the others but it’s fine I won’t be returning to this establishment again. Whether it be Pickup for me or family or if I even have to pick up a door dash order from here. Potbelly was a great place for me due to growing up and my dad would take me to go get meatball subs, so it held a great memory for me but now , that has been replaced. Potbelly just isn’t the same and this is why it’s so important to have great customer service.
First time here, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Ordered the Avo Turkey sandwich and Broccoli Cheddar soup. Both were good. The turkey on the sandwich was too salty for me but I'm sensitive to sodium. Overall, I'd try the place again.

Drove a few hours today to Richmond for an 8-hour test tomorrow. Took a quick break to leave the hotel and grab some food by the hotel. Walked in at 7:07PM, started looking at the menu. There are a few people in there waiting on their food. One of the two workers tells me that he is sorry, but they're closed. The door still says they should be open another hour. There are no signs. The door is open. I ask when they closed, and he checks the current time and says they closed at 7PM. I did not know what else was around the area that would be quick to order and eat, so I went back to the hotel. No dinner.
Atmosphere was great because they had live music but the sandwiches were such a far cry from the quality I’m use to from Potbelly. This was my first time at this location. Very disappointing as I picked it up to show my friend how great Potbelly is. I got us Italians and there is virtually no meat on it. Gross.

Management team catered this for us at work and I had never had a sandwich from here. It was exceptionally great.
Great sandwich I got there a wreck and ask for double meat, that's the way I think a sandwich should be equal ratio of meat to bread. My friend got their mac and cheese which you can make your own with bacon or jalapenos or chili. I've never thought about mac and cheese with chili until now I'll have to try it next time
