On lunch time you only order 2 meals and there are 3 of us and it is a bad way of fast food
The food was great! I ordered online and went there to pick it up. The guy( I didn't see his name ) went outside to bring me the food. Was pouring rain but he had a big smile on his face and he was so nice to me. Thank you so much!

I hope the problems I encountered are due to this place being relatively new, but...stale, hard biscuit (should be flaky and moist), underdone and overdone overbreaded chicken in the same order, uninterested/uninvolved staff, slow service...just not worth it. Keep going on Brook Road (US 1) to either the restaurant cluster on Parham and Brook (Hardee's and KFC) or in Ashland.
Jumped off the interstate for gas and hoping to find a Chick-fil-a when I spotted this Popeyes and decided it would do since I hadn’t tried their famous fried chicken sandwich. It was a Saturday night and I used the drive through with about a half dozen cars in front of me and got through the line and had my food in less than 10 minutes and the drive through attendant was very cordial, so service for me was on point. As for the sandwich, I particularly liked the crispness and the sauce, which probably gave it a slight edge over Chick-fil-a, but it’s definitely not to die for! In the end, either sandwich would do since it’s convenience that matters most for me.
Service was faster and friendlier than other locations. However, I ordered a drink and a sandwich in the drive thru. They read the whole order back to me, but when I got to the window, they told me I did not order a drink. Then proceeded to tell me next time ordering the combo would be easier, but I don't want more food.The sandwich had good flavor, but the chicken was under cooked. For a chicken place that's kind of a big deal...
I in the drive thru line at 12:30 pm when I finally got to the window it was 1:05. The truck in front of me was there for 15 minutes. The girl they said her name is Arnez was there. I asked her why didn't they pull the truck. With an attitude she proceeds to tell me we having computer issues. No one told you to come to the drive thru and slams the window! Her rude behind comes back and say this is popeyes what do you expect no one told you to come here. Someone send me corporate phone number right now please. Also I sat in line so long my food was ice cold. The disrespect and terrible service makes no sense.
I really like Popeye's but I will never go to this location again. There was no one in line but me at 5pm, and it (3) and got 6 very small PIECES of normal sized strips that were small and thin. Due to that, they were either overcooked or stale as they were hard to chew and were barely warm. So very slow service, employees that don't seem to care about their customers, and food that was ok at best. I would rather go to any other chain then deal with that experience again.
Drive thru service was friendly, but a long wait (15 minutes). Food was hot and fresh. Location is relatively easy to get to. Very close to Walmart, Sweet Frog, Big Lots, etc. You will spend about $30 for a family meal.
