I ordered delivery today and the app allowed me to order but I was contacted about 20 minutes after my order to let me know that delivery was unavailable. I totally understand staffing shortages but I have tried to order in the past when delivery was unavailable and the app let me know ahead of time that delivery was unavailable. Today I was able to order on the app but then was contacted that delivery was unavailable and the manager I spoke to was quite rude and disrespectful. I asked him why he was being rude and he called me rude. He was very unprofessional and hung up on me. This happened today around 12:15. This experience has completely changed my opinion on ordering from this store again based on the manager’s attitude. This was unacceptable…even if you are having a bad day!
All Pizza Hut stores in the greater Richmond area no dine in, not everyone does takeout some like dining in. Missing out on a big market share by having no dine in. It’s not a corporate thing, the Richmond area is the only area that I’ve seen does this. Other pizza hut’s across the country has lunch buffets, dine in. I travel the country for work so I know. COVID is over, time to let it go!!

The pizza was made well. Toppings and cheese were in proper proportion and it was cut perfectly.
Terrible experience, would never recommend for curbside pickup,they failed miserably, whatever we ordered, they made a mistake, would not deliver, they have staff issues, the pizza was tasty and good, suggestions for check each pizza before you pick up, u must go by yourself and open every box, check and get your Pizza Hut, the reason we ordered today,was it was in Google news. Terrible experience,hope they improve,so that we can enjoy pizza Hut,it's well known Nation wide pizza for decades.
Overall, decent enough, but I asked for light sauce, but got none (as far as I could tell), and the bread sticks had very little seasoning.
Always add extra cheese and they always do it correctly

Patrick was incredible. their driver had an emergency and he called me right away so I came and picked up my order. Excellent service despite being short staffed.
