It took a little more than a hour to get my delivery. My order was cold. I called the manager she told me that there wasn’t anything they can do about it. I ask for a remake, a voucher for another pizza in the future or something. She said no. So I suggest when ordering from here order at your own risk. Lesson for me today and distance future don’t order from here even if it’s the last pizza place left in the world.
Ordered 3 items, tracker said 23-33 minutes. Okay, fine. Then about 25 minutes later the tracker grey's out and says see you in 9-19mintues... I don't think that time adds up...I should've known better than to give Papa Johns another try..Sticking with dominos from now on.
Most awesome staff you could ask for iall in one place! Helpful,friendly, willig to go above & beyond to help their customers . They have great pizza , most clean pizza place ive even seen. They really care about their customers, food quality & delivery drivers.
Ordered. Got email saying was ready for pickup. Got to store and MANAGEr says if they take long on pizza then they are punished. So they wait 10 min and put the order in completed so Corprate doesn’t know how slow they are.
will not order again from this place, this is the second time they put very less topping that you can see on part of the pizza, when you tell them they get angry instead of acknowledging what they are doing and improving their service.

Ordered the New York style pizza. It arrived ice cold after 1 1/2 hours. No cheese but lots of empty dough around the edges. This is the second time I've gotten a bad pizza. Do not recommend ordering from this location.
Tracker is not even worth showing. My pizzas were supposed to be here in 68-72 minutes we are over 120 minutes and the girl who answered the phone didn’t know what was going on. I would ditch the tracker as it only gives false hopes. If you can’t get the delivery drivers, stop accepting delivery orders. Poor customer service.
I was told delivery will be 35 minutes. Expect at least an hour and 15 minutes for delivery. If you expect your pizza to be hot, think again. Your pizza will be stone cold. When called to see where pizza was. I was told the person taking the orders has no idea of delivery time.
I ordered 2 large pizza so I can feed some one my household members that told 30 to 40 min but did not receive my pizza naver order again .??????
