Left out 3 things from our to go order. Called and was asked to hold. Could hear her taking order after order and ignoring me. Awful customer service. They say they check orders but nothing was checked off on the receipt. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.I just wanted to be fair and give an extra star and an update. After we drove back the manager apologized and gave us the missing food. Also added some extra bagels and have us a voucher for a free meal. Retrain the bimbo working the phone please.
Unable to get a pickle with my tuna sandwich the last three weeks. Am told all sandwiches come with a pickle. Not true, Asked when handing me my take out order if there was a pickle with it, was told Yes - sir! Again - a lie! Sandwich could also use more tuna on it.
Absolutely love eating there. Today was the first time I ate there at that location. It was clean, the staff was very friendly. I would go back.
The employees are very busy but they are very polite ?
Waited over 30 minuets for some soup. The girl preparing food was too busy flirting with a customer to scoop some soup into a cup. Got a refund and left
An associate refused to acknowledge me when I was waiting alone to take my order. As soon as I left and a white couple came behind me he immediately took their order. This was an extremely distressing racist behavior! Very hurtful in this day and age
Drive through staff rude for no reason. Person taking orders addressed me rudely like I was inconveniencing her by ordering, and this was before I even said a word. She barely acknowledged me when I paid for the order, like I stole her lunch money in school or something… It took awhile to get my order. When I finally got it, a different person just shoved the bag in my hand and slammed the window closed without saying anything. Just rude for no reason…
Always love coming to this location. Yolanda is such a delight at the drive thru and is very fast, I’m never late for work thanks to her! My food is always made fresh and not sloppy. Always will come back to this location!
There was handicap parking and pick up Parking at the front door. The was also an outdoor area to sit and eat. Upon entering I noticed the restaurant was clean and the ordering kiosk was to the right when you enter. once you place and pay for your order, you pick a table and pick up food when your name is called. the sandwiches were stuffed and yummy. The soup was delicious. I will definitely go again.
I want to give this a 5 because the manager is such a great guy. I liked that they were open early and during the pandemic, and careful s safety regs. I went often, inside.The tables that were not used were never cleaned. Thick dust remained on them. Wait staff were few and far betweencausing long backups. They did end up having the coffee more self service if you paid ahead and that helped.Nice manager, they are hiring...I hope they can get someone to clean tables.I still go back...
