My cashier was a sweetheart and took the time to explain the menu to me.

The food was ok, the atmosphere was ok, the area was ok. Nothing to write home about, but it’s Panera Bread. I wouldn’t have even taken the time to review this place, had it been clean. Every single table was dirty, the ground was dirty, and some of the chairs looked broken. Also the coffee was super cold and went right in the trash. The two stars are for the food. It was actually decent, and the staff was nice.

So, this dining experience was painfully bad. The food tasted fine but it took an absurdly long time to come out. There were 11 people standing around waiting for their orders. No one was taking orders at the register, tables were dirty and the soda fountain was a hot mess. This was a complete train wreck of an operation. We stopped here on a road trip. But man I feel sorry for locals who come here expecting a worthy experience for their hard earned money as it will be a total waste!

What's the point of a quoted pickup time if you can't meet it? No crowd for dine-in so no excuse there. People ordering takeout are often in a time crunch. Provide accurate time estimates so that people are aware of what to expect. If it takes an hour for a sandwich, fine, just quote that. Being short staffed is one thing, but not being up front about service expectations is another.

I travel for work and Panera is my go to for lunch so I can plug in and catch up on email. Not only did my order take twice as long as usual but your restaurant has no plugs! I have seriously never been to a Panera with no plugs! I had to pack up my lunch and go to Starbucks.

Customer service was awful and disgusting. I’m so over rude people in the restaurant industry. First the team manager was rude as well and the worker. How I can use the bathroom and still wait 10 mins to order is just awful customer service. bTW the restaurant was empty so I can only image if they were actually busy. The restaurant business is failing because of your rude employees. Honestly I will never go back to that Panera bread.

More than 45 min wait for lunch order. Staff complaining they don’t have enough help and people complaining they have not gotten their orders and demanding refunds. Staff saying everything happen through “Chicago” and they have no control over the ordering system.

Food is very good and we always get everything we order, however, we will stop coming over how long it takes them to prepare the food.15minute online order takes 40minutes to come out. Kid Mac and cheese order at the counter took 20minutes. They close the restaurant at 9pm and when we tried to order for a pick up once at 8:15pm the app was shut down and nobody answered the phone. Chick-fil-A next door will get us in and out in 5minutes. Panera is definitely not that good to warrant sitting in the car and waiting the extra 25minutes.

Does this look like a 7 dollar sandwich.?I have always felt that Panerai was a but high, but the quality was there. And the aervice too.Tonight, I was kind of annoyed.First, no one to take your order, you are forced to order online or use the kiosk.Meaning I can't pay cash AND have to figure out how to order. Which by the way takes way more time to do.Then my sandwich comes, oh there's no more they bring it to your table, you have to get it from the counter, no big deal. Just annoying and they pop your food on the counter and walk away. You have to be sure it's yours.Lastly was the sandwich. I used to love the steak and white cheese. This time the steak was (in my opinion, ) less meat than a McDonald's burger. And the high falutin bread, toasted to a crisp. Not just toasted, but crispy. Now I will say that I brought the sandwich back and asked for one with a roll that was less crispy... more like just toasted.. and the woman made me another, better but still light on the beef.Tasted much better. The turkey chili my wife got however was fantastic.Any way... you asked me for my opinion.

Restaurant was very dirty. Most of the tables had not been wiped down between customers. The carpets were in serious need of a vacuum/sweeper. I tried initially to order on line for curbside. Once items added to my cart i could not order. Site said that they were not taking any more online orders until 7:05 which meant I would have had to wait 20 more minutes. When I got inside and went to place my order the lady behind the counter said they were only accepting orders via the kiosk. Myself and two other customers struggled through placing our orders at the kiosk. Before paying with my card i was asked at the kiosk to add a tip. FOR WHAT?? The food was decent but the soup could have been hotter. Very unsatisfactory experience.
