5 yrs later....My second time eating at a Panda Express. 1pm Had lunch and dined inside. Ordered food and paid without any problems. Went to get my drink from fountain. Had tea dispenser and nothing in it. Asked if they had tea and was told no. Checked out the fountain sodas and had 1 not working. I'm disappointed as I do not drink soda's, especially with sugar in them. I already paid for the cup and didn't want to wait in line to get a refund. Next, I noticed the utensils, napkins, sauces were empty.Found the cleanest table as most were dirty with spills on the tables. Cleaned it off then went to front counter to get utensils, napkins and sauces.I ordered the black pepper chicken and mushroom chicken. These were actually really good tasting. Also has the mixed veggies. There's were basically raw with a little white/clear sauce and not steamed. The raw vegetables were not appealing.One of the folks in my group had the chow mein. The noodles were not cooked completely and had the raw dough taste. They also had a slab of cabbage in it. 4"diameter and 1/4 " thickness that was raw.The teriyaki chicken and orange chicken was very good. I would give the entrees 4 stars, sides would be 2 stars (knowing that some of it needs to be cooked a few more mins) but the other things wrong, bring my rating down.Maybe I'll try it again in 5 more years.
Very pleasant experience with Rose. I hadn’t been to Panda Express in quite some time, but decided to try it tonight. Rose warmly welcomed me and gave me some suggestions. She was very pleasant and made the experience great. The food tasted scrumptious also.
Don't get me wrong the food is amazing, but the customer service is awful. Those people that work in their are so rude. They refused to help me and I had to stand there waiting for someone to serve me. When I tried to get their attention they ignored me.. And when they finally did serve me they were so rude towards me.
The food is good when they take the time to cook it, the portions vary depending on who is serving you.
One of the best till date.. Team panda in Richmond rocks ! Loved their food!
This location is clean. The staff is friendly and will give you all the time you need to make a selection. If you are like me and the more options only make it more dificult to make a decision this is a blessing. I have been to this location several time and the experience is the same each time.
I placed an order for black pepper chicken and it appears they chopped the onions and left some skin on them and added some sort of sweet ingredients to enhance the taste. However, it made it worst! Why? This is the worst meal I have had from Panda Express in a while!
Delicious food, as always. Never a long wait in line.
Disappointed with this location….I have been a Panda Express lover for years ! But the location has left a sour Taste…the lobby is still closed…. The drive through takes 30+ minutes and the entire staff looked stoned…. The food is ice cold…won’t be returning, will be filing a report with corporate
