Noodles on Broad West End. Joshua was great and provided excellent service today. He did extra by warming up my cookies and everything was done woth a smile. Joshua gave me a nice compliment on my earrings. Thanks Joshua, keep up the excellent service.
I haven't been here in several years, so I decided to try it again. The service was good and the employees were very pleasant. However, my small sized noodle dish portion looked more like a child sized dish. The preparation and taste were great, though. It's just concerning that you are paying up to $10 (or more) for such little food.
Horrible!!!!I tried this place for pick up. The order wasn’t ready when promised but that was okay.I waited and there was dried pasta, dirt, debris under every table, serving area, and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks.Second, none of the workers wore gloves while serving and Putting together food!!!Third, my order didn’t have one off my order dishes and no one called to correct!!!
Poor quality/preparation and not worth the price. Sometimes this salad has way more volume/ingredients and sometimes it has less but I've never had it with so little. The chicken did not taste well-cooked, either. There's often different pasta types in the dishes which makes me wonder about sanitation. I've written in so many times before to various locations but maybe it is a staffing or training issue...not sure. I'm giving two stars instead of one just because the workers always seem nice when I pick up my food. I don't think they're directly to blame but this location is not worth it. Also, the survey code was cut off of my receipt (also never happened)...
I tried something new here and was in search of a vegan option. They had something that I really enjoyed (the Japanese Pan Noodles.) It has broccoli, carrots mushrooms and carmelized udon noodles in a soy sauce.This was delicious and easy to veganize. Most things on the menu can be made vegan which is super helpful!
Found 3 hairs of varying sizes in my food. All not my hair length and color. For reference, this was takeout. Don’t come here.
Save your money avoid this place there's absolutely nothing special about the menu items. $20 for 2 people to get a small bowl of macaroni noodles. Literally 2 bites of barbecue. Sprinkled on cheese from like a Food Lion bag. Wow go to chili's spend the same money and get an amazing meal
Not too bad. Would have to try again to confirm if the experience here was typical of the chain or not. I wouldn't go out of my way to get here or anything. The BBQ Pork Mac n cheese was good.
Indoor seating was not available, but pick up was quick and easy. Employee was pleasant. Food was hot and delicious.
There used to be sweet tea...Fantastic Mac n cheese though
