I've frequented fine establishments all over the world and this is not one. First I called at around 1 p.m. to make a evening reservation and I was told that this establishment didn't take reservations. As soon as I arrive the stewardess ask me do I have a reservation. The bartender with the dreads should just be terminated immediately to preserve this business.
I hate to be that person, but it’s a no for me. The establishment has potential to become better if they fire staff. Definitely not a night vibe, do not come here on the weekends because you will not be seated. (*if your lady don’t like waiting or she can’t stand in heels **disclaimer don’t come here) They have regulars who come in and hog tables and then a tall goofy guy at the door who changes the seating regulation or RSVP standards every time you questioned him about it. Don’t even know who the manager is because everybody says they’re the manager. The “Real” manager who finally appeared at the end of the night black female, wears dreads, and dresses casual should be fired. Other than, I’ll reattempt this in the future.
This was the best vibe in town! The dj was amazing and he played a ton of hits. Went to celebrate my birthday and had the best experience. We got seats right in front, which all if the furniture is super sexy and chic! They serve food, drinks, hookah, and cigars! I had three glasses if champagne ?! Our server was super sweet and fast service! Another perk would be great spots to park!! Will be back very soon! Happy Birthday to me!
This spot was recommended to me, and I am so very glad that I decided to check it out! The vibe of this place is absolutely amazing!! I got arrived at about 3pm and stayed till 11pm!! During the day I smoked a couple of cigars and had some drinks. The place is sooooo well ventilated it blew my mind! Like 7 other people were smoking cigars and your would have never known based on the air quality! The drinks were amazing too. When the evening rolled in, the vibe effortlessly transitioned from chill spot, to nice night club with a combination of live music and a DJ. I ordered chicken pasta and it was great. The service here was amazing too! Definitely worth checking this place out, you may end up staying for 8 hours too. ?
First time here and loved it! Loved the relaxed ambiance ....Sexy lounge vibes...Live Piano Player...great food drinks and cigars!! This is gonna be one of my hot spots;?
So, my fiancé and I were in town for a few days and saw this location and decided to explore . I must say that our first two nights we had a great experience with the service. For our last night we wanted to catch the game along with drinks and cigars, however, we were highly disappointed. We arrived and was asked did we have reservations along with that we were brushed aside by the door person and was told they could place us on a list. To add insult to what we consider a “ Great spot” he directed us to wait outside as if this was the “ Ice Bar” in Vegas .Keep in mind we were the only people waiting outside in a supposed “ velvet rope” event. I host Cigar events various cities in considered this place for future events. This will not listed on my website.
I Went to mona lounge for the first time. Waitress took a long time to take our orders. I ordered food, and drinks. I had to ask for my drink again and I did not received my food. After 30 minutes and no food, I have contact the waitress and inform her that I did not received my food and I wanted to cancel the order, she seem very cool with that and cancel the order. Bottom line, the manager did not come out to me to find out what happened or address my concerns. This is unsatisfactory.
Went in to get some cigars and a cutter for my father-in-law's birthday. Great environment, good cigar selection. Could of used some expert advise on the cigars, but it was a bit busy. Will go back.
Nice atmosphere. Yummy drinks and food. I can't wait to go back. The music was great as well.
Great food. My favorite is the fried oysters. Bartenders are knowledgeable and helpful if you need help on a drink. Manager was patient on helping me pick out a cigar. Music, Food, Drink, and Cigars all great! Beautiful atmosphere!
