Stood in line for 20 minutes and my food was made and then the register went down and I waited while they tried to fix it and then they said “we can only take cash” which I didn’t have of course. So my food is made and they are gonna have to throw it away yet they didn’t think to just say “hey, sorry we made u wait for 20 minutes just to tell you we can’t help you. The they didn’t even think to apologize or anything. Terrible
Moes is a great place to find a quick quesadilla. They are located beside Five Guys, and are easy to find a table on any given night. The serving size of quesadilla was pretty big which surprised me but made me happy at the same time. They provide free tortilla chips and salsa, which is awesome but I've been twice lately and noticed those free chips are usually broken up pieces of tortilla both times. I dont know if they provide seconds but they should since the pieces are so broken up into bits.Anyway, This is a good alternative option for lunch or dinner.
Lol, my experience at Moe's was amazing. I live in Mechanicsville and unfortunately I have not been able to enjoy Moe's food recently because the Mechanicsville location is only open several hours on Saturday and Sunday at the current time. The service I received was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and like always my meal was delicious! Needless to say I will have to make a trip to the West End on and off so I can still have Moe's during the week!??

We really like Moe's for the fresh ingredients, good quantity, reasonable price (similar to Chipotle) and kids eat free Sunday (under 12) helps a family of 4. You can't beat the Sunday deal. Taste wise some will find Chipotle better but they give more ingredients and it's a good experience overall. Definitely recommend to try it out.
The employees who work here are very nice but the serving was small.
They don’t know how to properly cook anything and they don’t read any orders from online. Frequently closed when they shouldn’t be and the entire inside is an absolute wreck. Seriously, go to a different Moe’s unless you want food poisoning and rude staff.
Love Moe's anyway but this location was exceptional this evening. Everything fresh and flavorful.
I remember when they first opened up across the street from where I worked, CompUSA and it was theeeee BEST. Now it gets 3 stars simply for food purposes only. I prefer Moes over Chipotle and any place in their genre of foods.The customer service is just blah-zay-blah and have no cares in the world almost about your order. It used to be nice to hear the "Welcome to moes!" Neighbor greeting when you walked through the door. Oh well, as long as their food doesn't change, I'll always pick them over the other guys and its not that Chipotle is bad, I prefer Moes style rice and beans better. Mmm Joe Bag Of Doughnuts.
