Nuggets and fries!
Honestly I’ve had a couple sub par experiences here but tonight tops it got there at 10:15pm and the gentleman in the drive through was well spoken and patient, he was more than polite. Then upon pulling up to the food service window the team was on it mixing shakes moving fast and precise, not a single complaint in regards of my order they gave me hope back at this location and as always food was hot fresh and fast great job ladies and gentleman and thank you from me and my family.
I will say a very pleasant experience. For the first time ever I will give McDonald’s a 5 star. This is because the over all experience lived up to it, everyone was extremely nice and it’s was a good experience. This was a terrible day to say the least. Overall this was the best part and it’s because it was just nice to see everyone doing there jobs like I do every day and working hard and pleasant! Great job and I will say this. THANK YIU FOR NOT MAKING ME BEG FOR 2 ketchup packs ?, it’s nice to get a couple packs and it’s not lot to ask for.Really. On a real note…. This was earned 100%. I have been here for 20+ years and the best experience I have ever had. I had truly given up for a while. I went ahead and said let me try this once more my day cannot get worse. Sooo, here I am. 1 hour later. Good job and thank you for your hard work. All postings from order window to manager to cook to final window. All perfect. It’s much appreciated just know that. This is a huge turn around and would love to see how long they can keep it up?? My advice to management. Whatever you have figure it or doing, you got this correct. Congratulations and this was hard to give it the 5 but it’s was earned. Not one thing I can complain about. Trust me I tried to find a way ? ?? ???
Good food at reasonable prices. They always have specials on burgers. Friendly staff.
The food here is hit or miss in terms of food freshness and presentation, but more often it's spot on. Also they get your orders correct far more often than other McDonalds that will remain anonymous ?.
I went to pickup my order I put using mobile application. I had used coupons and got some discount. But after I picked up my order through drive-through and reached home, I got an email for the completed order and it had full amount with no discount at all. I called customer service and they said store has charged more. I would avoid this location next time . Very disappointed.
It's MacDonalds....getting too expensive for what you get. Same for Wendy's (very expensive along with 5-Guys and Burger King. Staying away from these places as much as possible
Specifically ordered to Fresh hamburgers Fry's and a drink with no ice. I explained I had no problem waiting and that I really wanted the hamburgers freshly cooked. Also added extra onions and mayonnaise gosh don't judge me :-). Not only was I alarmed at the price $7 and some odd cents for two burgers fries and a drink, I was alarmed that to Fresh hamburgers which I specifically wanted working immediately handed to the driver of the vehicle I was in. I knew it had not been cook fresh but they pulled off. They were cold the mayonnaise have been slapped on hamburgers that were pasted to the other side or rather to each side of the bun so they were not fresh! What a rip-off! I'd like my money back or a refund or the manager or the general manager
Went to enter the dining room entrance at 6:45am and the door was locked. Suppose to be open at 6am, so I proceeded to the drive thru to ask what time dining room opened. Response was “it will open when I get some help” with a little chuckle to follow. A simple explanation of being short staffed this morning would have sufficed instead of the smart a** response I received. Deterred me from placing my order and decided to take my business to IHOP. I don’t have to pay for rudeness!
Went to this McDonald's and order a 10 piece nugget meal and a 2 cheeseburger meal. Got back to my hotel and realized I was given 6 mcdoubles that I didn't order. I was looking forward to the chicken nuggets and went back to get the nuggets. Not thinking they'd want the other food in return I didn't bring it. The lady at the window got mad at me for it and rolled her eyes and then proceeded to make that order in correct. She didn't even apologize for the simple mistake. I was calm the whole time and even said have a nice night (which she ignored) 10/10 don't recommend this McDonald's location
